They only cut the nails, and even the nails were scratched up. They also didn't remove the hair from inside my poodle's ears, which is very important because poodles are sensitive and those hairs need to be cleaned out. When I asked why they didn't do it, they said they don't have the equipment for it. Overall, this is the worst grooming place I've ever taken my dog to.
