Pretty good experience here. We actually came in on a Sunday afternoon to complete our dog…read moreadoption. The store was slammed. Lots of customers and people milling about training their dogs. I wish we had been in and out quickly, but not on this day. After our dog adoption was complete, I had several things to buy. All good there and several items were on sale, or we had coupons. Very good customer service. 4/5 stars because we were out of the parking lot before I realized I had been charged for 2 bags of dog food. I returned to the store because it was $20. Rather than wait for a refund, I just grabbed another bag of what I had been charged twice for. The cashier was very apologetic and even seemed a little embarrassed. Visit Petsmart during the week - unless you don't mind shopping around lots of other customers and experiencing long lines.

UPDATE: We just found out that we can get the bath package with nail trim for our dogs for about…read morethe same price as it is to just get their nails done - game changer. I'm not sure that'll be true for everyone as I think the bath price takes size and coat into consideration. (Also, they mentioned an upcharge for grooming appointments Friday-Sunday.) Anywho, I called in the morning and they were able to sneak us in for back-to-back appointments that afternoon. As we arrived, we noticed their names were on the salon board out front. Celeb status! We dropped the dogs off and two hours later were called back to the store for pickup. Our babies came back to us soft and sleek, smelling like oranges, and rocking a cool new bandana. We weren't as pleased with their mani/pedis, but that's a shape preference more than anything. Some of the ladies are better at pawdicures than others, oh well. It was great not to have to wrestle the dogs into the tub and then watch everything in my house become one big towel for them lol. The bath service turned out to be super convenient and affordable for us. We're already looking forward to our next visit! -------- We pretty much only come here to get our dogs' nails done. I loved my PetSmart in Arkansas, but this location is slim pickins as far as treats and doesn't run nearly as many deals on toys. Since we only do the pawdicure, it's considered a walk-in (cannot he booked online, as far as I can tell) though there isn't usually much of a wait so we can do both dogs fairly quickly. The pawdicure service for $20 includes a nail trim/grind and cleaning of the ears. The "menu" says it also includes bandana and scented spray and while I don't want either, I've never been offered. By now, my dogs have hassled every tech in the salon and still came out with pretty nails. These ladies are patient and thorough and as far as I can tell, the nicest people in the store. So, 4 stars because I love the grooming salon staff and might just be too picky about the other stuff lol. They just don't have the selection of natural treats I'm looking for and I can get my tough toys cheaper online elsewhere.

I took my 19 year old jacket russell here a few weeks ago. I knew he was in his last days of life…read moreand when the time came, after hours, we called Blue Pearl. Upon arrival they were waiting for us, Houston was taken back and prepped for pain and euthanasia medicine. I have one small complaint, my dog was within minutes of dying. I felt like payment had to go thru first..before we were moved to the euthanasia room. Business is Business..i was also emotional so this is subjective.. the doctor was amazing and very compassionate he explained every step of what this procedure entails. They gave us ample amount of time with Houston after his passing. I picked up Houstons remains less than a week later. Again very compassionate. Today I received a sympathy card in the mail from blue pearl. Not being from CR and needing an emergency vet .. Im glad I trusted them with my my best friend and our family needs. *blanket not included * just a pic of Houston!

Didn't even do blood work, just gave me pain medicine for Sadie and said give it 10days. Monday Sadie was in worse shape took her to a different veterinary clinic. They did blood work right away, found Sadie was in kidney failure and blood in urine. Had to put Sadie to sleep. If blue pearl would have done their job better and testing I wouldn't have been upset becauseof the pain Sadie was in. But I would never go back to that Blue Pearl and I would not recommend Blue Pearl to anyone who has a sick pet. Update Blue Pearl claims i was offered blood work by the nurses and the dr. Which was a complete lie. Not once was i ever offered blood work for my cat. The Dr only offered mri and exray and said probablywont help out, which I did deny after sitting there for 7hours. I never once seen a nutse or talked to a nurse about anything offered to me for my beloved pet. Again I would not ever take a pet there for any kind of issues, with the lies and no explanation on anything besides what I post earlier.
