The concept is great...but oh so disappointing. My dog had his second weekend stay here over the…read moreweekend of 12-12-25. They have strict drop-off times (not conducive to my work schedule), and if you need a time outside of 9-11am for drop-off, you pay $10 extra...same thing if you need to pick up outside of 3-5pm. I work 7a-3p M-F. I was going to drop Arvo off Thursday evening instead of Friday morning so I wouldn't have to pay another night's stay. I had called and left a voicemail stating this. BUT when I got there Friday morning, doors were locked and after I knocked, someone came to the door and said they did know we were coming..... OKAY....I left a voicemail and apparently no one listened to it. Also, I paid for needed rabies, bordatella and one other vaccine so he would be allowed to stay there (over $100). Why would I do that if I wasn't bringing him?? Then since I couldn't be there in time for a 5pm pickup on Sunday, I had to wait until 8pm to get him, which was another $10 tacked on to my bill...There's a person that goes in at 8p to let out and feed the dogs anyway, but I had to pay EXTRA?? Customer service here SUCKS!!

Dogs were both clean and happy when I picked them up. Will definitely be using these wonderful people again, if need be. Btw, both my boys shared a nice sized room.

Pawsitive Paws Academy - This dog was kenneled almost all day. So second chance, no training. If this is your dog, feel free to reach out!

I wanted him less then half the length that we talked about. Then she called me 30 mins later again asking what I wanted. Idk if she didn't start till then or what? When I got him home I took a closer look and his face was trimmed and belly was shaved but that's it. My 1st experience was a lot better so I thought I'd try again but that was a bad idea. I knew from hearing from other passed clients that was a bad idea but I always try to give benefit of the doubt.. nope never again

Instead, they would watch and yell at the dogs constantly. I've taken my dogs to daycares before and they all have supported play. The point is to burn all the energy. Since the dogs don't have any stimulation to occupy themselves, many high energy dogs would become aggressive to others. These dog owners were notified their dog was not compatible with others, when in fact their dog was just bored. If you were to tour the facility, you will find two separate play areas, no toys or things for them to climb on. You'll also find a smaller outdoor enclosure, with a child's playhouse. Again, nothing for the dogs to play with. I also witnessed breed discrimination, labeling a pit as aggressive when he was only defending himself. These people have no clue what they're doing!
