Daisy was a hurricane rescue dog and has been through alot before I rescued Daisy, from the ones who did end up adopting her, her foster family! But they were nice but should not of had 6 dogs, one of her own dogs attacked Daisy real bad! But any way, I told the employees there about all of this, and they were all so sweet and understanding, Meagan told me that Daisy was real nervous and she stayed with her(I thought that wad super nice of her) I knew she would be, she has never stayed anywhere for the 2 years I have had Daisy). She is very attached to me! But I do love how they are set up for all the dogs and I was surprised how clean it was for as many dogs that were there! I could tell everyone really cares about animals! The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. After our longtime dog sitter retired to spend more time with her grandkids, we were nervous about finding the right fit. Dori took the time to build trust with our dog, and now she gets excited every time we pull up to her house.Dori has cared for her during day visits as well as several overnight stays. She is responsive, reliable, and--most importantly--very accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend setting up a meet-and-greet to see for yourself. I attempted to reschedule a service for later in the week due to severe weather concerns. There is currently an active tornado watch and a 90% chance of rain; it is simply not a safe or productive day for anyone to be out, including their staff or my pets. Rather than prioritizing safety or acknowledging our long-term business relationship, the owner chose to be incredibly rigid. Instead of agreeing that a reschedule was the responsible move under dangerous conditions, she "reminded" me that because of the late notice, I would forfeit my payment entirely. It is deeply disappointing that a business would prioritize a single fee over the well-being of their employees and the concerns of a long-time customer. I prefer to work with people who are understanding, compassionate, and safety-conscious. If a business lacks the flexibility to handle a literal storm warning with common sense, it makes me question how they would handle an emergency with my pets. I will be taking my business elsewhere to find a provider that values relationships and safety over rigid policies.
