I am an owner of 4 large breed dogs, the oldest of which (12) is deaf, high anxiety, and skittish and fearful around new people. Because of this it has always been told and known that there is one sitter he knows and is comfortable with. I always make a note as well to request this sitter. (He has no history of fear aggression, but I am very careful about the situations I put him into) Before going away this last time I double checked my booking and saw that the sitter was changed (without notifying me) to someone who not only has never met any of my dogs, but has never been into my house and does not know the routine. I understand plans change, but there is no reason why I should not have been notified. Not only would this have been horrible for my dogs, but also sending a stranger into a situation with a highly fearful dog is just not safe or smart as a business owner. I messaged the owner Jodi about this and she promptly deleted my client profile and said I 'rage messaged her'. I attached screenshots of my messages through the app and her response text message to me. Every time I have spoken to or interacted with Jodi she has been either rude or unprofessional so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

We were visiting from TX & our hotel failed to inform us that our pets could not be left unattended (for any amount of time) in our room. This came as a surprise since we weren't told when we called about their pet policy, etc & they informed us they were "pet friendly". Anyway, Riley was a HUGE help & was so kind when I called with a million questions as neither of our dogs had ever attended a day play. Because of Riley, we were able to find a safe space & place for our dogs to stay & play while we enjoyed our weekend without any additional stress. Unfortunately, the weather was awful & normally we would've just been out on hikes & at park but it rained ALL weekend. THANK YOU RILEY FOR EVERYTHING!! The pups are exhausted!

Finding Jamie and Katrina to care for our furballs was such a blessing. Whether day care or overnight boarding I don't worry about my babies at all. Camp Underbite - The Best Dog Daycare & Boarding Experience!…read more We've been bringing our dogs to Camp Underbite since 2021, and it's been the best decision for our two senior rescue schnauzers, Leon and Freddie. Like many pandemic rescue pets, they had minimal socialization: Leon was always anxious, and Freddie was hyper and reactive around other dogs. Naturally, we were nervous about their first experience at a dog daycare and boarding camp. After reading the glowing 5-star Google reviews about Camp Underbite, we signed up for their free half-day trial. From day one, both dogs did great, thanks to the expert care and welcoming environment. The owners, Jamie and Katrina, are incredible. They treat every dog like family, creating a nurturing space where even the most nervous pups feel at home. The facilities are top-notch--with large, well-maintained play areas, including a fully covered space for rainy days, so the dogs can always enjoy playtime. What really makes Camp Underbite stand out is the personal care. Jamie's patient training has boosted Leon's confidence, and Freddie (after a few time-outs) now socializes with better manners. Another thoughtful touch is how Katrina regularly posts photos and updates on Instagram so we can see our pups having fun. Both dogs love competing for snuggles with Lauren, a fantastic staff member who clearly adores the animals. If you're looking for a safe, reliable, and loving dog daycare or boarding service, I highly recommend Camp Underbite. The peace of mind we get knowing our dogs are in such good hands is priceless. Thank you, Jamie, Katrina, and Lauren, for everything you do!

I set up a schedule of my needs and Gay and Rick came to my house to meet me and my dog. We went through the regimen and I felt comfortable that they were going to take care of my boy while we were gone 4 days. Like clockwork, we would get texts and photos of Max with updates on the visit and if there were any concerns, etc. I chose three 30 min visits a day mainly for potty time, pet time, meds and food I would totally have them walk Max but he has a broken leg at the moment. I feel they cared for him very well. When I got home, they had left written notes of each visit as well. I plan on using them in the future, perhaps even for a midday visit to walk Max when the weather becomes more tolerable. I will certainly use them the next time I need to leave town. They will also water plants, pick up mail and paper as well as adjust blinds and lights to give the appearance someone is always home. Rates are very reasonable I thought. Cheaper than boarding and Max gets free reign of his own home versus stress of being in a cage in a cold boarding facility.

Dropped her off today with a man who seemed in a bad mood. He told me she had mats. (Later found it was the owner Jim). Yes she had some but were manageable (trust me she's had worse!) I should have put her in the car and taken her home with me. He absolutely scalped my dog. She doesn't look like a doodle anymore. Uneven cut, all the fur off off her face. Her chest was shaved completely to the skin. He didn't take the time with her he just shaved her. Then he had the audacity to tell me that she needs more time at the groomers to feel comfortable. Give me a break, she's been groomed numerous times. If you're going to use this establishment make sure you know who's doing it. This man was horrible and plain didn't care.
