The staff delivers exceptional customer service daily! Myself and my dog are greeted with enthusiasm and a huge smile every day! I never feel like my dog is just a number. I know from the bottom of my heart when I walk through those doors they 100% care about each dog and each customer. My dog literally goes crazy when we start pulling into their driveway. He can't wait to get through those front doors and start playing. CoolWag promises you a tired dog when you come back for pick up. On this they deliver 10 fold. My dog falls asleep as soon as he gets in the car. By the time we get home I'm not exaggerating he barely eats before he is sound asleep. It's hard to put into words just how epic CoolWag is. This time, we shared a few inspiration pictures with Kerysha, and she truly went above and beyond. Our dogs came out looking exactly like what we had in mind. Not only do they look amazing, but the whole experience was so much less stressful for them. The fact that she comes to your home and does everything from her van is incredibly convenient and makes a huge difference.
