He's actually been fired by other groomers and I had all but given up on what to do for him. Then, my husband found Aspen at EarthWise in Bentonville. She is wonderful! She has gone above and beyond all expectation of what I thought was possible for Gus. He looks great and neither Aspen nor Gus seem traumatized post grooming! Thank you Aspen for treating our grumpy old man like a member of your family. .

Finding Jamie and Katrina to care for our furballs was such a blessing. Whether day care or overnight boarding I don't worry about my babies at all. Camp Underbite - The Best Dog Daycare & Boarding Experience!…read more We've been bringing our dogs to Camp Underbite since 2021, and it's been the best decision for our two senior rescue schnauzers, Leon and Freddie. Like many pandemic rescue pets, they had minimal socialization: Leon was always anxious, and Freddie was hyper and reactive around other dogs. Naturally, we were nervous about their first experience at a dog daycare and boarding camp. After reading the glowing 5-star Google reviews about Camp Underbite, we signed up for their free half-day trial. From day one, both dogs did great, thanks to the expert care and welcoming environment. The owners, Jamie and Katrina, are incredible. They treat every dog like family, creating a nurturing space where even the most nervous pups feel at home. The facilities are top-notch--with large, well-maintained play areas, including a fully covered space for rainy days, so the dogs can always enjoy playtime. What really makes Camp Underbite stand out is the personal care. Jamie's patient training has boosted Leon's confidence, and Freddie (after a few time-outs) now socializes with better manners. Another thoughtful touch is how Katrina regularly posts photos and updates on Instagram so we can see our pups having fun. Both dogs love competing for snuggles with Lauren, a fantastic staff member who clearly adores the animals. If you're looking for a safe, reliable, and loving dog daycare or boarding service, I highly recommend Camp Underbite. The peace of mind we get knowing our dogs are in such good hands is priceless. Thank you, Jamie, Katrina, and Lauren, for everything you do!

Payment was followed up, but my dog's DEATH was never acknowledged. Just about the money…read more I had trusted this clinic with my dog's care for nearly 10 years. When he showed clear signs of illness, I brought him in with detailed notes. Bloodwork was done, and I was told he was just malnourished. Three weeks later, he had a seizure. I called the clinic in a panic -- they said they were closing in five minutes and told me to call the emergency vet. That was the end of the conversation. No questions asked. No follow up. He passed away later that night. Internal bleeding. Cancer. Weeks later, they sent me an invoice for a blood test that should never have been charged. No check-in. No compassion. I replied with a long email explaining everything -- the experience, the loss, the disappointment. It's been 20 days, and I've heard nothing. No reply. No condolences. I wasn't planning to say anything publicly. But their silence -- and priorities -- speak volumes. Pet owners deserve better.

Nah, steroid shot, rabies shot and office visit $200+. Thanks but no thanks. An office visit $25 and exam $35 isn't that the same thing???? Going back to previous vet, way cheaper and gets to the point plus doesn't run up an elaborate bill that is unnecessary.
