We were visiting from TX & our hotel failed to inform us that our pets could not be left unattended (for any amount of time) in our room. This came as a surprise since we weren't told when we called about their pet policy, etc & they informed us they were "pet friendly". Anyway, Riley was a HUGE help & was so kind when I called with a million questions as neither of our dogs had ever attended a day play. Because of Riley, we were able to find a safe space & place for our dogs to stay & play while we enjoyed our weekend without any additional stress. Unfortunately, the weather was awful & normally we would've just been out on hikes & at park but it rained ALL weekend. THANK YOU RILEY FOR EVERYTHING!! The pups are exhausted!

Thanks to the doctor with the…read morefunny looking red hair, whose name I forget, and who sat on the ground and played with my dog when I took him in and never picked him up never examined him never looked in His ears his mouth did not feel his body she did absolutely zero and then to tell me that he had intentional tremors and made an attempt to sell me shots that I had already previously told them I was not going to give my dog. She was not kind to me nor my animals. It turns out he almost died a couple of weeks later due to seizures that came out of nowhere that he's never had in his entire life, but they were approaching due to what has actually been diagnosed by another vet that is what is actually wrong with my dog. All they wanted to do at country view was get money from my credit card. That was it ..they didn't give a damn about my dog or about me they're lucky he didn't die because if he had, we would be in court right this very second and I'm still considering it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. They are absolutely the worst and I believe them to be a scam! I complained to Better Business Bureau. They contacted the business and the business and I do mean the business, didn't even bother to respond. I guess they're used to people not being happy when they leave there maybe too many to answer ..Don't trust your animals to people who don't even take a look at them, but who still think they tell you what is wrong with them ..it's unbelievable to me. NEVER AGAIN.

I took both of my dogs to the vet for the first time I had never been there before she was…read morerecommended to me by the peoplewho owned the whole pets food store in Bentonville, which is the only reason that I went leaving my normal vet. I took my older Boston terrierin there because he was shaking very badly not eating in a few other issues, the vet tech did his anal glands and his nails, and then the actual veterinarian came in and she sat on the floor and playedwith my dog, but she did not examine him. She never laid a hand on him to touch his body to feel him out to look his nose, or look at his ears, or look at his eyes and his throat and his teeth, she did nothing, she pronounced he had intentional tremors, which I've since found out from the new vet. I went to today that that is not the case when Iask the vet why she was not going to examine him, but was pronouncing intentional tremors as the cause she seemed perturbed and said I can send you to a neurologist if you want me to other than that that's what I'm telling you it is. This woman did absolutely nothing, they charged me $60 per dog. They charge $42 for ear test on one of my dogs and they charged me for nails and anal glands which I'm not disputing but when I went in thereand I ended up paying a lot of money to this person and she did absolutely nothing. I don't think I should be paying them this amount and I think they're the worst vet I've ever been to in my entire life. I want $200 of my money back and I'm not going settle for anything else. This veterinary did absolutely nothing and she only was in the office with my dogs for about four minutes she should not be practicing veterinary medicineas far as I'm concerned. I just spent $600 at a different vet today on my credit card and she has found the issue because she didultrasound and blood test, etc. which the veterinarian at country view, never even offered never even talked about all it was was a giant rip off. The veterinarian was rude. She didn't give a rip about my dogs. She just wanted to come in appearance pretend that she was paying attention and then let the text take over and still charge me all that money. It's absolutely ridiculous. Please don't take your animals don't give a rats behind about your dogs or your cats. They just don't. I would never go back there again. I've reported them to Better Business Bureau and I'm going to go further with it if they don't give me my money back.
