Cannot express how horrible of an experience both personally and professionally I have received…read morewith this company. I am an owner of 4 large breed dogs, the oldest of which (12) is deaf, high anxiety, and skittish and fearful around new people. Because of this it has always been told and known that there is one sitter he knows and is comfortable with. I always make a note as well to request this sitter. (He has no history of fear aggression, but I am very careful about the situations I put him into) Before going away this last time I double checked my booking and saw that the sitter was changed (without notifying me) to someone who not only has never met any of my dogs, but has never been into my house and does not know the routine. I understand plans change, but there is no reason why I should not have been notified. Not only would this have been horrible for my dogs, but also sending a stranger into a situation with a highly fearful dog is just not safe or smart as a business owner. I messaged the owner Jodi about this and she promptly deleted my client profile and said I 'rage messaged her'. I attached screenshots of my messages through the app and her response text message to me. Every time I have spoken to or interacted with Jodi she has been either rude or unprofessional so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

Dropped her off today with a man who seemed in a bad mood. He told me she had mats. (Later found it was the owner Jim). Yes she had some but were manageable (trust me she's had worse!) I should have put her in the car and taken her home with me. He absolutely scalped my dog. She doesn't look like a doodle anymore. Uneven cut, all the fur off off her face. Her chest was shaved completely to the skin. He didn't take the time with her he just shaved her. Then he had the audacity to tell me that she needs more time at the groomers to feel comfortable. Give me a break, she's been groomed numerous times. If you're going to use this establishment make sure you know who's doing it. This man was horrible and plain didn't care. Makes me so upset at myself for leaving my precious dog there for the 5 + hours it took them. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Here are before and after pics. Plus I paid $76 for this mess.

In a period of just a few months her doggie brother passed away, we moved into an apartment (from a home with a doggie door), and I started working long hours too far away for mid-day visits. Thanks to angel sitters, my little girl had a mid-day visit and bathroom break, and she was able to stay in the peaceful setting of her home rather than cowering in the corner at a boarding or day care facility. (I'm writing in pass tense because this was a couple of years ago and my girl has since gone on to rainbow bridge.) These pet sitters are truly angels. The ones I meet in person we're so thoughtful and caring. They make the process very easy and take good care of fur babies.

Thank goodness we took her to the emergency vet that evening and their diagnosis was pneumonia and upper respiratory infection. Shouldn't mouth and nose discharge along with not eating for at least 3 days be a sign a dog is sick? We didn't receive one phone call telling us she wasn't feeling well. My husband called to inform them how sick she was while under their care and their response was "we hope she recovers". Really? Not the least bit concerned for our dog. Beware, this could happen to you too. I would give them zero stars, if that were an option.

Best vet in the area--hands down…read more After moving back to the area following a 10-year absence, I struggled to find a veterinary clinic I truly trusted. I was looking for a team that was not only friendly and professional but also capable of handling more complex medical issues if they arose. We have working line German Shepherds, and the team here has been absolutely wonderful with them. One of our dogs had a serious health condition that was misdiagnosed for months at a different clinic. The vets here were able to accurately diagnose the issue and get us on the right track. Professionalism and deep veterinary knowledge are my top priorities (more so than cost), and this clinic checks both boxes--plus their pricing is very reasonable. It's also the nicest, most well-organized vet clinic I've ever been to. What really gives me peace of mind is knowing that if one vet isn't sure about something, they don't guess--they'll consult with a colleague or refer out to a specialist to get answers. I've seen several vets here, but Dr. Forst stands out as a favorite. The front desk staff is always friendly, responsive, and helpful. I also love the convenience of scheduling through their app and being able to text for non-urgent questions. Highly recommend!
