The doctors are top notch, they are direct, honest, efficient, kind, and provide useful & helpful information for the daily pet management as well as the vet care. The clinic staff are friendly, kind, thoughtful and helpful!! They understand that their clients have busy lives too and they don't make you wait forever to be seen, or wait forever in the room - they are good about the appointment time management. I like the dental approach by Dr. Pitner and Dr. Amy firmly and successfully walked me thru a how-to re-house training of one of my not so young dogs, such a tremendous relief to have more control, and my dog is happily ecstatic with the change too - win win. We have used Veterinary center several times over the past year for our dogs. Overall the service has been pretty good. COVID-19 has made it a hassle to get in with a pet or pick up a pet, but this last visit they extracted teeth from our puppy, without informing us before proceeding! Our puppy was in for a different operation that had nothing to do with her mouth. Charged us almost $100 for the extractions. Very upset they did it without informing us or asking permission before doing it. read more

Dr Amy is the best! She has been so good to all my pets and gets to the point of the problem. I highly recommend Lowell Vet Clinic. They are reasonable with charges and love all animals. I have had to put down a few of my animals over the years and they send a sweet little print of your pets paw and a darling card which meant the world to me. They even have a little Hospice room for you and your pet. read more

We started taking our cats here from good word of mouth and a close location to our house in Springdale. The good reputation was confirmed on many visits with helpful and polite staff. We completely trust our cats in their hands. We now live in Bella Vista and still make the long 20 mile trip. The knowledge and care is the best we have experienced. I Job shadowed them for the day. I got a behind the scene look at what they do. This is the #1 place for your animal. They take great care of the clients, with a good cost of medicine its not over priced like some of the other Vet Centers in NWA. This Center takes great care of your animals, during Boarding they give them beds, and plenty of water and food. After procedures they check the dogs to see if they are in pain or need assistance (none of them were cause they did great). They are great people and they are huge animal lovers! Give this place a shot its worth it. read more
