I can not say enough good things about this place. Our 4 year old large lab dog has NEVER stayed away from us and we had a last minute 4 day trip to Arkansas. So after a quick google search and a few calls, we picked Paws Kountry. They let me come take a tour of the place and I ended up picking the suite for my fur baby because she is very large, I wanted her to be comfortable. Drop off was super easy, they take pictures of all the items you bring so nothing gets confusing. They sent me super cute pictures every night she was there. Which took a lot of ease of my heart. My fur baby was having a ball!! They bathed her the night before pick up & she smells absolutely amazing. Pick up was super convenient, we ended up getting back late on Sunday and they worked with me BIG TIME so I could pick her up and didn't have to go home without my baby! I am forever grateful. They have amazing customer service. So much like a family. I would recommend to anyone. If you're looking for grooming or boarding please give them a call!! read more

Absolutely the best groomer I've ever been to! I have two english mastiffs and a retriever who are spoiled rotten and certainly a task to load up and take them anywhere. The staff was on point from the minute I drove up.. before I opened the doors, three ladies walked out to help bring them inside, and of course my pups were loving the one on one attention. Totally unexpected and comforting, they texted me mid way through letting me how they were doing. We decided to board our 3 fur babies after being disappointed with our current dog sitter. We were extremely happy to find a place that provided a room, instead of a crate/cage for them to stay in. The staff at Paws Kountry were very friendly. I loved that they sent pictures and videos of the pups. You could tell they were loving the attention. we Boarded Our Chaweenie Scout for thee days. With Him to get a Bath and Nail trim at the end. They are always so kind and sweet. The atmosphere is lovely. The staff are Amazing. We ran late for pickup due to Traffic yet they were so kind to understand and accommodate. Very reasonable priceing. Scout loves the Staff and was so happy to meet and socialize with other Pupper play mates. Our dogs love going to Paws Kountry for their vacation. Normally our pups stay for 10 to 14 days, so it is important to us they are not kenneled. They not only get to visit with their friends, it is a free range facility, they go for walks, and have a bath and nails trimmed. Paws employees are so good, they send us updates and pictures every day. They love our guys almost as much as we do! So thankful we have them here to take care of our babies when we are away. read more

I needed to board my kitty cat and it was on a last minute notice (also close to a holiday). i usually use my vet because the kitty has health issues, but they were booked up, nothing available. Paws Kountry was recommended to me by a friend of someone who wouldn't think of trusting their fur babies with anyone else. They welcomed my kitty and his needs. My wife and I moved from Atlanta and we needed to board our 100lb lab immediately because of moving issues. The ladies here were WONDERFUL and helped us the next day. While in their care, our "baby" was cared for as if he was one of their own. We can't say enough great things about Paws Kountry. They're AMAZING people and your "baby" will think so too!!!!! We love Paws Kountry. Both of my dogs love to go to the groomers. The groomers are always so nice and gentle with my babies. They do an excellent job on my babies and they are always so clean and smell nice when I go get them. They get their picture made and posted on their website every time. The prices are great also. I will never take my babies anywhere else! The owner, Faith, was super nice and willing to answer all my questions. They sent me pictures everyday, and even did a cute fall themed photo shoot with them! We got them to give them baths and they have never smelled better! My Old groomer that we used shut down. Called for an appointment. Sent my dogs vet records, called and made an appointment. Took my 11 year old Laci in for a Haircut and he nails done. Groomer asked what I wanted done and we couldn't be happier with the results. Got a text that Laci was done and was ready to be picked up. Very friendly staff and they are my New groomers. read more

I called PAWS this morning hoping to get my little hairy mess into getting a very low cut. I always leave there with a big grin. They treat myself and my pets with the care they so much deserve. The van type groomers told me they would not be able to do my dogs, so I've been coming here since then. I particularly like when they are able to take photos after the cut. read more

I can't say enough about this place. I've volunteered for animal organizations and fur baby care is my top priority. I have two rescue babies, one who was severely abused. Wonderful people who are great with my dog. Bella has been going to PK every week for 5 years, since she was a puppy.
