But Fran (the owner) and the rest of her staff have been so amazing with him, and they treat all dogs there so well. My dog is no longer scared and anxious, and he always looks and smells great afterwards. She's knowledgeable, fairly priced and always cuts him the way we ask. He's always so happy and handsome when returned to us. I don't know how she does it in under 2 hours!
