They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. I let her know that I just wanted to make sure that there was not any dust/wood/debris flying around that may harm my pet. Again, I was told the above. No straight answer. This is extremely shady! It is not to much to ask the condition of the place your pet will be staying for multiple days! I went to the reviews to see they've been saying this for quite some time. If you have nothing to hide, then there should be no problem showing the condition of your facility. If your facility is not fit for me to SEE then what makes it fit place for my pet to LIVE.

I was anxious and very cautious about who we could trust. From day one, Sara exceeded every expectation. She didn't just "watch" our dog -- she worked with him every single day with so much passion, patience, and love. When he came home after two weeks, the difference was remarkable. He was calmer, more focused, and able to control his excitement much better. Walking him used to be a struggle -- he pulled constantly and tried to grab everything he saw on the street. Now, our walks are so much easier and more enjoyable. Of course, there's no magic in dog training -- consistency is key, and we continue to reinforce what he learned -- but his biggest issue, jumping on people, improved dramatically. The foundation she built made such a difference. What also gave us tremendous peace of mind was her communication. Sara sent frequent updates, photos, and videos showing us what he was learning and how he was doing. On top of that, we received detailed daily emails about his overall condition. It made us feel completely reassured that we had chosen the right person. She even gave him several baths during his stay! Her place is incredible , very secure, spacious, and extremely dog-friendly. It honestly felt like a big farm where dogs can feel free yet safe. Sara is truly passionate, caring, and loving. Her knowledge of different breeds and her training methods are impressive and effective. You can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. I could see her experience from the questions that she asked and the information that she proactively gave me. Angie comes within the planned window every day and is extremely communicative about scheduling and the walk. She's so respectful about making sure to accommodate any requests (no shoes inside, wiping paws, etc). I'm usually not at home when Angie comes, but there have been occasions where I still ask her to come when I'm working from home, if I have back to back mid-day meetings. You can tell just how much my dog LOVES her by the way she rushes to the door.
