We have found Jason and Analyn's associates to be very attentive to our last minute cat sitting needs and requests. This is one of their greatest strengths, their excellent communication and responsiveness. Daily photos, and daily texts to keep us informed! Wow! When they arrive at our home to watch over Loke, our flame-point short hair Siamese and Mocha, our black medium hair tabby, they work extra hard to ensure we can have peace of mind while we are out of town. From these daily updates, summaries and taking photos of our fur babies to taking in our packages that arrive at our front step as well checking our mail, they are professional, dedicated and easy to work with. We appreciate their concern and gentle treatment of Loke and Mocha, as if they were their own pets, which is one of our top priorities in retaining pet sitting services. Somehow we found Hailey and called her and explained our situation and she accommodated us. Our child, Peter, is high energy dog . She told us to bring him in and she will evaluate. When I brought him in I was worried and had to tell her again that he is high energy to make sure everything would be ok. She met him and took him in and made sure I left feeling confident. She told me if he was uncomfortable she would take him home with her so he would be able to sleep. 100% would recommend Hailey. Outstanding to see how she handles all types of dogs and their behaviors to accommodate them and make them and their parents feel safe.

During our initial visit, she was very professional and helpful, and the facility seemed well run. We ultimately chose a home-based daycare for our 6-month-old puppy and canceled well in advance. In October 2025, I paid a $855 deposit via Zelle to reserve boarding and requested a refund after canceling. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the refund would be processed. I was later informed that the refund had been sent to the wrong person and would be corrected, with a commitment that it would be completed by February 18, 2026. Unfortunately, I never received it, and there has been no resolution since. I've attempted to follow up via phone (calls are no longer being accepted), WhatsApp (messages are read but not responded to), and email, but have not received any response. At this point, I am still waiting on the refund and have had to pursue formal channels to resolve this. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Roy at PawPaw is truly amazing and the only person I trust. I came home to a beautiful, clean and better dog than when I left!! It's like she remembers her early training again-- she sits on command, is quiet on command (now HOW did you do that??!!) and is just perfect!! Holy cow!! He brought Mark for a follow-up visit, as Mark covers our area and was the primary provider. Mark is so gentle and kind, and you can tell he truly loves animals. During our 3 weeks away, our son was here after work and overnight, but Mark came during the daytime to do feedings and walks. He worked around our schedule, sometimes coming twice during the day. We often have visitors, and our pup is very friendly with everyone, but he has a special love for Mark, as he is always SUPER excited to see him! What eases our minds is they have cameras on during business hours so we can check on him. There are no camera kennels except for the dogs in the private rooms. For overnight boarding, I bring his food, bed and a toy. They have doggie bed cots but I like to bring the comforts of home with him. I have utilized the enrichment course so he can have one on one time. They also offer baths so you can pick up a clean dog. If I have a problem with an online order, I can always follow up via email/phone and they are responsive. Hours are 7am - 7pm.
