I had bought a few odds and ends from this local shop but hasn't sought out advice; I figured after spending hundreds of dollars on tests and having minimal luck with veterinary diets, I'd reach out to the locals. We have struggled with liquid poops for so long now that after speaking with the owners (who took the time to listen and ask their own questions) we were less than optimistic about another suggestion of a change in diet. However, this time it WORKED. Andie has been on the Zignature Kangaroo diet for a few weeks now and we have seen nothing but consistent solid poops. These guys are legit! And I feel so much better giving my money to a local business rather than dishing out money to the big corporations. The Other End of the Leash has gained a lifetime customer and completely turned me off of veterinary diets. I LOVE our vet but I'll be seeking out the advice of these guys before dishing out more money on tests and grain filled diets.

What a nice little shop! Lots of food, chews, clothing, accessories, etc. for your pet to peruse and choose from. The ladies at the shop were very positive and helpful and even wanted pictures of our lil pup Emma with her new sweater purchase on. There is a lot of variety of items but can also tell that what they do have has been carefully curated for their customers. Emma definitely had a great time looking/sniffing through the selections and I find that is the true test of a good pet boutique...if the clientele is interested! If you have a pet, come on by to OEOTL and see what they have to offer, I am glad we did and Emma has a nice new sweater from the experience.

And when he comes home from day camp he's had a fun day & is tuckered out. I've been able to tour the facilities & they do a good job keeping things clean and caring for the animals. They have regular kennels and suites - we usually splurge for the suites since that includes medications & extra play time. By the time we would pay for a regular kennel and add on the extras this is the better price for us. And the theme rooms are really cute. They also do grooming. I appreciate that they will bathe him &/or trim nails. I get nervous trimming his nails, then he gets nervous & it isn't good. For a few extra dollars it is worth having it done when he is at camp. Everyone is happier that way. I would never take my dog anywhere else. I trust them completely with his care.

I have been a few times to the self wash stations, the last few times have been great all the staff…read moreI interacted with have been wonderful from the employees to the groomer, tonight not so much and unfortunately I have been told I am not able to wash my dogs unless I put them in the tub. Prior to bringing my pets I did inquire and was not told this would be an issue. Tonight same as usual the staff greeted me gave me my towels I went back and started washing them there was a staff member I was unfamiliar who stopped me and my husband and told me I needed to put my dogs in the tubs I said they don't really fit in the tubs and I have done it like this several times before without any issues. I informed him we clean up and make sure the water doesn't leave the enclosure. I also informed him I used to be an animal groomer so I would make sure everything was better than I found it. He of course asked if I wanted a job I said no thanks and continued washing my dogs. I finished my bathes and he came up to us as we were wrapping up and said the owner just happened to call and tell him that we can no longer wash our dogs there unless they were put into the tubs due to plumbing concerns. I said oh yeah we won't be able to do that they are seniors they have never been in tubs that would likely stress them out to much. He said oh well please continue to come and get your pet food here and shop but you can't use the self washing stations without using the tubs anymore. As he walked away I saw his name tag and this was the store manager but I did not catch his name, needless to say I was disappointed and will not be back. Disappointed as the location is super convenient and the other staff members have been great but this situation and how it was handled was totally unprofessional. I would never say to someone you can't do this anymore but please continue to spend your money here.

We paid a little extra for nature walks and they even gave us a little report about it afterwards. When we picked up our dog, the staff was very accommodating about the late pick up (just make sure you give notice a day in advance). The pricing is super reasonable and my dog seemed like he had a great time! If we ever need boarding services again, we will definitely be back.

Upon drop off I was informed that the staff will be doing an assessment of Mossey mannerisms, and her behavior and place her according. I was completely okay with this because Moosey is a very well behaved, loves other dogs, kids, people kind of pup. They gave me access to the live camera footage so that I could check in on her if I'd like. At around 9ish I decided to log into the camera feed, and I saw that Moosey was in with the bigger group of dogs which I was fine with because she normally plays with bigger dogs with no issue. Moosey was running and playing and trying to figure out what all was going on, new smells, new noises, new environment. A few minutes later I checked back on the camera and to my surprise I noticed a brown and white, much bigger dog mounting Moosey (she is a spayed girl). This other dog had about 100 pounds over Moosey. To my surprise, no staff was near to redirect and correct the other dog from mounting. Moosey was not happy, she was scared. Her tail was tucked and she was very uncomfortable. This happened at least 4 more times with no staff correction. I called my wife and told her what was going on and as she was watching the camera feed at that time and she noticed three large black labs circling Moosey each one of them eventually mounting her. I told my wife I was going to pick Moosey up at that point. Upon me getting ready my wife sent me a picture where a staff member is sitting in a chair outside with 40+ dogs and watching my pup who is 7 months old get chased down, circled and mounted again by the lab dogs. Once again, no redirection, no separating the labs and brown/white dog from her, NOTHING! She sat in the chair and watched my little girl get terrorized! I was furious! Upon walking in to pick Moosey up I asked to speak to a manager/owner, and a lady finally pops out beside the office behind the desk. I told her what I had witnessed and how unpleased I was with the staff. I expressed to her that circling and not correcting mounting was how fights started. She then said, "we haven't had a fight in 30 years." I told her that no ma'am that's exactly how fights start, especially when circled by THREE dogs! Then she explained that "they were training new staff members." Um, excuse me?! That makes your case worse. Because if you are training new staff members to WATCH DOGS, why do you not have a senior staff member out there with them?! Your staff member on several occasions watched my dog get harassed, bullied and mounted. But in her "report card" your staff member wrote and I quote, "She could use a bit of work on recall and learning to regulate the intensity of her play." My question is this, if a pup's play is supposedly "intense" how is she getting mounted over 9 times, in just the times I was actually watching the camera? The false narrative that you wrote in the report card doesn't align with what happened and was allowed to happen yesterday to my sweet girl with no redirection from your staff, no separation of other dogs from my dog from your staff. The only thing I did witness from your staff was them eating Cheez Its in "Inside area 2" with dogs present (which could cause a food aggression fight between dogs), I witnessed them push the dogs away from around them while they stared at their phones, I watched them sit in chairs and do their hair and text. What I and my wife witnessed yesterday on live streams and what our sweet Moosey had happen is totally unacceptable! No apology, no accountability whatsoever. Just excuses and defection. I was even told, "Well you should've called and told us she was getting mounted, then we would have fixed it." So, I have to pay you to allow my dog to be in daycare, but I also have to be your supervisor and watch a live feed all day long to make sure my pup is okay--but still pay you?? So, if you are in the market for a daycare and truly love your pup-I beg you to find someplace else. This is not the place, unless you are okay with this behavior. Safety isn't a luxury; it's the bare minimum that should be required!!
