The woman who greeted us was very sweet, but pretty much just kind of hushed me away when I was trying to tell her the type of haircut I wanted she told me she was going to take 2 1/2 hours at the 2 1/half hour mark I called to check in. She said she needed 20 more minutes and took 40 which is fine. Have they done a good job. I got there and my dog's hair is completely uneven. You can tell that there are spots on her body, where they didn't cut at all, including her legs I asked them to shave her sanitary area. They did not do that. I will definitely never be back.

I don't particularly like the fresh cut look because it looks too "clean" but he looks absolutely perfect in like 2 weeks when his shag comes back! I can tell how much she loves her job by the way she speaks to him. I've gone to many many many groomers in my 20 years of dog ownership and I am loyal to Bluemoon! She is really flexible with appointments and I usually call a week in advance to get an appointment and she always has availabilities based on my schedule.
