It wasn't until I got to Pelham and met Greg that I decided to buy a mattress. We went through the awkward and fake "becoming best friends" experience in all the stores we visited. I had to argue with one Bedszzzz manager because he wouldn't accept my assessment of the size of the mattress I was replacing. Without exception they all wanted to start with a higher line than I had said I wanted. Greg stood up, smiled, and said, "How can I help you today," and the experience got better from there. He didn't have the size I wanted in extra firm, but he brought in another size of the same mattress from the warehouse and let me try it. I told him I liked it and he gave me a price that was 10% to 20% better than the same mattress in other stores. I asked him about delivery. Greg looked out the window and saw the Honda CRV I was driving and said, "If you want to go over to the warehouse just down the road, the mattress would fit in my car and I could take it home today. Then I could bring the old mattress back at my convenience." As he was writing up the order, I learned his name and we talked about his kids and my grandkids and had a very pleasant visit. I don't suppose, at my age, I'll be buying many more mattresses, but if I do, I hope Greg is still there 'cause I love his service. BTW, I love the mattress, too. I stayed in bed until almost 8:00 am this morning. For years, I've gotten up around six because my back was hurting so bad, I couldn't stay in bed any longer. Rod Peeks Birmingham

I brought my bike in to get level 2 service and new tires. Rear breaks wasn't working when I brought the bike in and they wasn't working after I paid for service repair. This store changed my card $480 for tires and service, and put a $480 hold on my card for five days. I took my bike back to get breaks serviced and ask about the hold on my card after the charge on my card, but manager just said that the breaks not being serviced the first time and the hold on my card after the charge on my card was only a minor issue. I guess me being charged twice for services that they didn't complete , didn't matter to them. They didn't even call to tell me they fixed the issue with my breaks, and when I called them after the 4th day, they asked me when would I be in to pick up my bike, like I was the hold up. They never greeted me when I walked through the door, and they're nonchalant about whatever issues I had with my bike.
