I came to Dick's when I was in Cullman. This store is pretty huge and customer service the day I…read morecame was very good. Everyone was so helpful. They had a huge selection on Stanley cups here, but they were mostly all in the blue and orange color scheme. My favorites are the pink ones of course! They didn't have too many sale items so I did not make a purchase that day, but would come back in the future.

I go to dick's a lot. Mostly because there is no where else to go in cullman. I bought my golf…read moreclubs from them and recently one broke. I called the store, and they informed me that they would not be able to repair it at the store but that they can send it to the manufacturer and that it would be free if I had a warranty. I had no clue if I had a warranty on my clubs because I could find nothing online or my reciept about if a warranty was even offered. So I tried the Dick's customer support chat feature. After about 30 mins of waiting I was able to find out that they "offer a year warranty on all clubs sold." So, I went to the store and it could not be farther than what I was told. I was told that they do not offer a warranty on clubs, that they will not ship my clubs, and that they can't help. The employee seemed to be telling the truth but it seemed like a management problem. Thankfully there are other options for getting clubs and getting them repaired in CUllman. However the worst part about it is that I will be back because I have no other option. Dicks is the only apparel store with a normal size seletion. Hibbits is almost impossible to get something in your size and everywhere else will not have it. The only reason I give it 2 stars and not 1 is because of the seection which is decent and they have decent sales. Overall, I was just dissapointed
