I am so glad that specialty stores like this still exist…read more I had to fix my dishwasher. Home Depot did not have the part that I needed. They just had a generic off brand version of the part, that was quote universal quote. However, and I'm no expert, it wasn't going to work for my machine. So, I thought I was going to have to order it online. But that's when I found Midway appliance parts. I called them on the phone.. gasp! And they answered! I told him what part I was looking for and they told me they did have it in stock. I stopped by the store and I picked it up. Now, why four stars instead of five? The first one is, the part that they sold me, did fit on my dishwasher, however, it was not the exact same part that I was replacing. Even though they told me that it was. The other reason, is because it is 2026, I get it, you're a local store, but you should have some kind of website that is functional. But overall, great experience, would absolutely recommend if you're looking for a specialty part for an appliance repair. They also sell used and refurbished appliances so if you're in the market for one of those this would be a great option.

Rude, unfriendly and Robbers! Definitely Not Pillers of our community. I ordered the part from the factory $32.00. Next day shipping FedEx $16.00. Delivery to my door $51.00. I was looking to buy a Tikka t3x, Vortex scope and scope rings for my son's 10th birthday. I knew exactly what I wanted and was trying to put the entire package together. From what I could tell there were four men working the gun counter. At times, two men working on the same paperwork. A total of two customers when I walked in. All 4 employees grumbling about what they were doing. Not one even did so much as make eye contact with me for the entire 34 minutes I stood there. I picked out a scope base and scope rings. I left the scope rings and bass on the counter right over top of the scope I had wanted to purchase. I've never had a worse experience at a business in my entire life. There's no excuses for not even acknowledging someone's presence. I've bought many guns and spent a ton of money at North 40 but won't be in the future. North 40s prices are great and I thought I'd give my business to a brick and mortar versus ordering online. With what I experienced today I'm convinced Midway USA will get me my product quicker. Absolutely pitiful customer service.

These guys don't release SAR and handgun transfers after 10 business days elapse if no LE response…read moreFYI (Double Eagle, Precision Combat Arms, Sharp Shooting, NW Pawn & Collector Arms all do to my knowledge, go to one of those FFLs for a more expedient semi-auto transfer). I waited 29 calendar days to get my pistol from 3 Aces. I was told verbatim "we'll pass it on to you when law enforcement responds to the check, or in 10 business days, whichever comes first," when I paid my fee and signed my 4473. That was pretty untruthful lol. I used them for a gunbroker transfer, they didn't follow up with the county, they didn't update me at all until I called them 14 days in when I was told "we don't release guns after the 10 days, we wait until the check is approved." Oh really? Cool. A background check has 30 days for response before one must refile and restart the process, so I called on the 29th day to make sure they didn't already have it, they had gotten it back approved almost a week before and did not call me or leave a voicemail when they got it. When I retrieved my firearm, I was accused of not paying the transfer fee, I didn't ask for a receipt when I did pay it, and had to pull up a bank statement showing the charge on my phone before I could go. There are plenty of other shops in Spokane that will handle your expensive and time sensitive gun purchases with some degree of professionalism. I'd pass these guys up.
