Overall it has a pretty poor selection on electronics, household and other things that you shop for at a pawn shop. Pros: Gun, amo, accessories a plenty and fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Decent selection of DVD's at $1.85 each. Blue Ray starting at $3.99. Lots of chainsaws if you are looking, last visit at least 50. Cons: Don't expect the staff to haggle on the price... I have tried and they would rather it sit on the Shelf then sell it sometimes. Very limited Supply on electronics, household items, and quality tools. Overall the staff is nice but it seems very fake and I think they could have better customer service to be quite honest unless you're buying a gun and if that's the case they're great.

I found and "old opal" with amazing filigree for a decent price point. I could have spent an entire day in this store chatting with the staff and looking at "rememberer these" items, but the road was calling and I had to go.

The workers are slimy liars, that think they are used car salesman. Multiple times I have gone in to this shop and and multiple times they have refused to work with me on any price. They will lie and say they just knocked down the price when they actually never did. I have watched a couple items and have gone in over the course of 2 weeks, and asked to negotiate on the items. They tell me we just dropped the price the day before and its the lowest they can go. When in fact it's been the same price for at least 2 weeks. They refuse to even lower the item $10. Now I understand the pawn shop has to make money, but they already jack the price up 57% from what they got the item for. To work with a loyal customer on $10 should not be an issue. I will take my business elsewhere where I don't have to worry about getting an infection from the items or the staff. My advise if you don't want to fill like drug addict just to get a good price on an item visit any other Pawn Shop.

Anyway, I was in/out with the gun (no 10 day waiting period on non-semi auto long guns) in 30-45, only because there was another purchase in front of me. Started with Mike, spent time browsing some guns and gear with Cassie, and ended the transaction with Kirk. Mike was helping me with some ideas for making my Glock easier to handle (triggers, etc). Cassie helped with holsters, was looking stuff up on the internet, informed me that they have a guy that makes custom kydex holsters. Then Kirk showed me his own holster that was made there. We talked shop for a few. Honestly, they made me wanna go back and buy more guns. Super cool outfit. Couldn't ask for better gun purchasing experience in these strange times. If you've ever walked into a g@n store and dreaded talking to the fudds at the counter, this place will be a huge relief. They know their stuff, they aren't pushy, and the store itself has WAY more items than you might think. They have a lot of things I usually would order online because you wouldn't expect to find them locally. Suppressor mounts and hubs, flashlight tape switches, good, high end NVGs, steel targets, and they personally test a huge majority of the gear they sell - and then put up well made YouTube videos with the results. If you've ever bought an NFA item from a shop and then had them sit on your approval for days or weeks... another sigh of relief with ECG. From what I can tell, they strive to get notifications out to customers the day they get the approvals from the ATF. No games like I've played with a lot of other NFA shops over the last 14 years. Overall, if you've never been in - you should support these guys.
