I can't rave enough about Pawfect Pals and their ENTIRE team. I met Nicole about 3 years ago and hiring her dog walking services was worth every dime and then some! Nicole took the time to meet my dog Cali before his first walk, she her her team were remarkable from day one! I was skeptical at first about having strangers come and go however after the first walk it never concerned me again. I trust Nicole and her entire team like my own family! All the walkers are exceptional to name a few we've had are Sabrina, Jen, Corinna, Laura, Andrea.... thank you girls for always taking such good care of him! Everyday we received an email with a photo and his bathroom status, he got to play with other pups and go on adventures too! Not to mention how many times I called and requested an unscheduled walk because I was tied up somewhere, if they were available they were always willing to help! Nicole and her team went above and beyond my expectations. She even took my sick pup to the vet once whilst I was caught up at work! We are moving into a house up north and I honestly don't know what I'm going to do without them! Cali and I will miss them greatly! Plus, Nicole is engaged and responds quickly. I had a delayed flight and scheduled an evening walk, last minute, with complete confidence. My puppy, Stella, ADORES Nicole and Kat. They treat her fantastic. My condominium guard gate provided great feedback about how caring they are with my puppy and her walkings. This reinforced my positive feelings with Pawfect Pals. Pawfect Pals in Miami is terrific. We are so pleased with the reliablility and quality of their service. Nicole is very professional and always responsive. They even provide limited over night services that we have utilized. We have two larger sized golden doodles that are high energy and need their exercise. All of the walkers are great people and really care for the dogs. They get very excited when they see Josh, our main walker....and we think that says it all. I wouldn't trust our pups to anyone but Pawfect Pals. Pawfect Pals has also referred and used a local, professional dog trainer to work with walkers and dog owners. Pawfect Pals does a great job taking care of my French Bulldog Diego. They always send cute pics along with their report of if he peed/pooped etc. The dog walkers are also very responsive to texts when I've had to relay info on what is going on with him. Diego loves all of his walkers (there's a few different ones that come) - he gets excited every time he sees them. They even gave him a treat for his birthday! He has stayed a bunch of times with Nicole when we've been out of town and she kept us updated the whole time with pictures and info (like if he was/wasn't eating).
