I was hesitant at first and then decided to try and scheduled it. Diesel was groomed today and I can't believe how easy it was. (He did so awesome!) Especially having strangers around him! They were able to make him smell and look perty. plus clipped his nails! I am beyond amazed! I believe Diesel would have gone home with them if I let him. It is located in the windmill shaped building down on Main St. It is very small and informal, so I was a bit hesitant. It was my first time leaving Milo anywhere. But the woman was kind and helpful and did a really great job. Milo was very happy and so was I. The price was around 30$ for the shaving (which took about an hour), and she offered bathes and things like this also. I would go there again.

If I could give this place a negative 20 I would! Took my 2 dogs there to get groomed. Got a call…read morethat they had washed one dog and as he was wet the girl thought she saw ring worm. She said she put it under a black light and it might or might not have glowed, she wasnt sure but was so scared she might get ringworm because she is pregnant. I'm pregnant too! So when I got this nervous call it made me nervous too! She told me she wouldn't wash the other one and that I needed to take them to a vet to get checked out! I called the vet they saw the dogs 2 days later. They all looked at me like I was crazy and told me that 5 of them including an actual vet looked the dogs over and ran a black light over them and said they couldn't find ringworm or any signs that the dogs had ringworm in the past. They said there would be hair missing which wasn't. The vet visit cost me $50. The vet said this isn't the 1st time this place has sent them dogs that had nothing wrong with them. They said ringworm is just a fungus and isn't life or death! I called Out West to let them know how upset I was with them for all this nonsense. The owner Ginger was rude and told me oh well, and that they can't risk getting anything there. I told them there is no vet there and it's ridiculous that they made an issue and cost me extra time and money over nothing!!! She was very defensive and unapologetic. Tried to tell me ringworm is similar to Parvo and they have to treat it the same! She's a complete idiot! They shouldnt be around animals if they are that scared of contracting anything! The vets theory is that after the dog was washed he still had debris on him and if they do it might glow! They do a terrible job! Their attitudes suck! I have never been treated this way! This place is garbage! Upon speaking to other people that have used them they said the same thing has happened to them as well! It's good to know some ignorant washer that isn't medically certified can make up diagnoses and waste peoples time and money! Never again! Also I didn't appreciate Ginger lying to me saying they were all there and saw ringworm on the dog that day. When we took the dogs the girl that was pregnant told us she was the only one working that day because Ginger was sick and Amber was off til January! Very unprofessional Ginger!!! You as a business owner is garbage!
