Fortunately it was his experience that steered us to a unit that was likely in stock and would prevent an extended back-order waiting period. Once the unit arrived, his team was immediately dispatched in full protective gear for the install. However, it was once the install was completed we realized we chose the right contractor. A small install hiccup brought Mike himself to our home at 8:00 at night to correct. THAT'S what you expect from a top caliber company. Something you really don't see in contractors these days.
