Text message and phone calls. They said the issue was escalated. They sent the installers back out. I showed them the issues. It is now July 7, and they just sent me a text message and said that they would be back out this Saturday to fix all the issues. The owner, John Day, Replaced my well pump, but couldn't get it to turn on and stay on the day he installed it. I had to have an electrician come out the next day who figured out the pump was wired incorrectly, which obviously was correct since the well pump ran after the electrician corrected the wiring. One of the first red flags should have been his explanation that his company doesn't do well pump installations very often... clearly... I started having problems (with the brand new well pump) within 6 months of installation, and now needs to be replaced. I contacted the business to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation (which at this point I wouldn't want him doing more work, so it would only be through a partial or full refund for service). The owner, John, refused to take responsibility. Never offered to come take a look or attempt to fix the pump he installed. His answer was "the pump never ran from when I left until whatever was done.." - meaning he never completed the job verifying the well pump was functional? He blamed the switch box and conduit. I have electrical (including pool equipment) that runs on the same source.. it's weird that there aren't any issues with the other equipment.. only the well pump.
