I've provided videos, confirmed warranty coverage for the installed part, and brought the vehicle back. Staff witnessed the starting problem when I arrived and acknowledged that it happened again during testing. However, I was later told they couldn't consistently recreate it, so no resolution was provided. I understand intermittent problems can be difficult to diagnose. However, I've explained that my vehicle sometimes sits unused for several days. Starting it every day doesn't reflect the conditions under which I experience the problem. I shouldn't need to start my vehicle daily just to rely on it. Before dropping it off again today, it took nearly five minutes to get it started. This has become stressful, especially when I'm left waiting after medical appointments. I'm hoping this visit leads to thorough testing under the conditions I've described, clear communication, and a lasting resolution.
