Sauce was good, but the squid was overcooked; so sadly, was not tender but had that rubber-y texture that squid gets when it's been cooked for too long. The sauce had great flavor from the soy sauce and garlic, so it was a shame that the protein in the dish was not enjoyable. Sitting out on the beach was fun and an experience to be had while in El Nido, but prepare for many street vendors to walk up to you, selling you goods. The grilled chicken was good, but the portion was not enough for two people, and the pork belly had way too many fatty pieces, so didn't eat much of the pork one. And it was actually a relief that we ordered the Pancit Canton on the side to fill up on, which was a good dish with lots of calamansi flavor!
