I went online and got an appointment without a problem. The day of the appointment the technician was even able to come early, he was super nice, did a great job, and did it in a timely manner. They told me it would be 3-4 hrs for calibration. I was planning on waiting but an hour into it, they hadn't moved my car so I sat there for about 2-1/2 hrs and called someone to pick me up. I tried to call them at 4:30 for a status update. SAFELITE DOES NOT PROVIDE A LOCAL NUMBER TO THEIR SHOP ONLY AN AI GENERATED PHONE TREE. So I have someone drive me over there in the pouring rain at 4:45 only to be told my vehicle wasn't ready. I would've been fine with that if someone would've called me or I had a number to call for an update. The tech offered to stay late but I told him it would be fine tomorrow. They did call me the next day. The quality of the repair was good and the staff was nice. However, I received countless texts and calls reminding me of my appointment to the point of annoyance. Bit, when I tried to reach them I couldn't speak to a live person for a simple update on the repair status. I seriously doubt I'll ever use them again if I have a choice

I have attempted to reschedule twice with Chris, but he never shows up due to things kept coming up. He let me know the first time and we forecasted the meetup a week out, but something came up and he rescheduled to early Sunday. I rescheduled that appointment because I didn't want him working in the rain. Monday morning, he was a no- show and did not let me know until 10 min after the meet up time. This is my first and last time trying mobile services. Sure, it's convenient but it's also shooting darts in the dark due to environmental factors. It's fine, I'll get it redone elsewhere. I'm redacting only 2 stars because he's a nice guy, but I suggest he keep his word and schedule better.

Unrestored after I discussed the charges with him I left feeling more pissed off than before and after calling a muffler shop to learn the muffler put on would cost substantially less money I knew something wasn't right. I went to pick it up at the used car dealership where he now runs his shop out of, front doors were locked so naturally I called and no answer no shock there lo and behold I walk back to the back he's sitting on his ass on his phone had an attitude since the day I questioned his charges today was no exception. Not to mention the fact his original shop was in pearl, dropped my truck off with a half tank of gas picked it up for the new shop the first time after being told it was fixed my low fuel light was on barely made it to a gas station. Also I feel it's worth mentioning there was greasy oil residue all over the truck greasy finger prints on the hood and the inside smelled like bo with leaves and dirt all over the inside. I find it amazing this guy couldn't figure out it was lower in a month when my new mechanic was able to tell me right off the bat it was bearings in the lower end.
