From the moment the phone was answered, I could immediately tell the employee was annoyed and had no interest in helping me. Her responses were short and rude things like "yup" and "what do you want?"and the entire interaction felt incredibly unprofessional. I was simply trying to place an order and give this business my money, yet I was made to feel like I was bothering her just by calling. The attitude became so frustrating that I ultimately ended the call rather than continue the conversation. Customer service matters, especially when someone is calling specifically because they want to support your business. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My child had an iced coffee drink that she enjoyed. I scored my favorite focaccia mortadella sandwich that I must order every time I see it at a restaurant, and it was quite dreamy. I love for those sandwiches. It was so huge, I only ate half. My child had a marry-me chicken croissant square that was very nice. She also had a fresh berry stuffed croissant that tasted very fresh and refreshing. I was dreaming of a chestnut mount blanc and the one they made was identical to food in an anime and it was so lovely and delicious. We also got the hojicha miso Zen garden tiramisu. The chocolate had such a satisfying crunch and the inside was creamy and perfect. I was craving a cinnamon roll. I was thinking of trying Cinnabun but it was such a good choice to come here instead. Their bun was huge, first of all, a great price, second, and third so fresh and delicious, it seems like a must order item. I got the frosted one but I would like to try the caramel one next time. They also have so many adorable gift for sale, it was all very enticing. And I love the window to see the chefs hard at work. We started with the original cinnamon roll before trying any of their signature rolls. At about $9 per roll, it's definitely a premium price, so we were hoping for a strong take on the classic. Right now, the flavor feels a bit underdeveloped. The cinnamon is very mild, so it doesn't immediately trigger cinnamon roll if you are not looking at it. The icing leans more toward a buttercream frosting, tastes a bit muted, and tended to separate on the warm roll. The butter ratio may be a little high. They are still new, and the concept has a lot of potential. With some tweaks to the spice and frosting, this could become a great spot. We'll probably give it a few months and check back in to see how the recipe evolves. Wishing them success as they settle in!
