There is documentation of this appointment in the two pictures below. The woman I spoke with on the phone informed me that there was apparently "no appointment scheduled" and I was "not in their system." This was a very disorganized move to say the least, particularly when I have actual documentation that I scheduled an appointment with him. Hopefully, my posts - between what I am posting here AND my previous post - are demonstrating precisely what corruption is present within the Medical Industry. Dr. Bollinger - in terms of what he knows about the urinary system and the efforts he was able to invest into fixing my kidney nearly 12 years ago - is certainly an expert, but it is concerning that he and his staff are not organized and professional - particularly when they have the power to control the fate of people's physical health. Millions of people across the globe have stepped forward to vocally oppose my work as a radical feminist theorist and psychological scientist, yet I can STILL remain organized and highly professional in my endeavors. Consider that millions have decided to step forward to stop me and my political agenda in the first place because they perceive me as the single most profoundly intellectual threat to the cultural fabric of society; such adversaries of mine, who are highly manipulative, conniving, and brilliant - which makes them astoundingly dangerous to the well-beings of anyone who does not agree with their political ideology - have devoted their lives to stopping my societal growth in both the educational and career domains, as they believe that they are each political revolutionaries who stand for the civil rights of the American people. Such supposed "political revolutionaries" are currently in the process of overthrowing the current state of medicine by controlling whether anyone who disagrees with their political ideology has access to professional medical care (which I will refer to here as "healthcare"). The goals of such revolutionaries is to withhold healthcare from anyone who expresses support of my political ideology as a radical feminist theorist (i.e. expressing support for ​the expungement of traditional gender roles). Such political activities by so-called "revolutionaries" should be of society-wide concern and SHOULD be stopped; such activities should be of TOP PRIORITY for ANY medical professionals out there to prioritize the rights of patients, regardless of political ideology. The doc clipped my nails way back again with this most recent visit. There is barely anything left that shows that I had toenail fungus. My next appointment is in June. Probably my nails will be completely clear by then. I am going to continue to use the anti-fungal solution and cream, spray my shoes with Lysol from time to time, and that will probably be it. The cost for all of this is reasonable. The laser is really a piece of cake pain-wise. The appointments are brief. The people are friendly. The only thing that may have been a slight negative is I believe the pills I took during the first 30 days made it slightly uncomfortable to swallow for a couple weeks. Maybe it made something in my throat swell a little. But it was bearable. So if you've got toenail fungus, my advice to you is to just deal with it - before it gets worse and becomes a bigger problem. Forget about over-the-counter remedies. Declare all-out war. Go to some professionals like these guys and get the problem solved.

The robot calls start twelve months out when the appointment is due and they won't make an appointment when i leave the last one--which means i see her every 18 months. Since i need a script for a mammogram, that also gets pushed back to 18 months. The reminder robot calls are made at the end of the day when it is impossible to use the reminder to pick up the phone and use the reminder. ( I used to fill out a reminder card that never got mailed.) When she went out on her own, she automated. I now have to have a password (yet another!) to get the results of my annual pap smear and the robot calls pester me to do so. The office assured me that they would call if all was not well with the test. My daughter also goes to Dr. marlino and the system couldn't tell us apart because we have the same home phone number. An annual exam is supposed to included in the almost $6000 i pay after tax for health insurance for just me. I was charged for the visit because the doctor wrote me a prescription, but I was not told that at the time. (And i couldn't afford to fill the Rx) This had a double sting as I had been unemployed for more than a year and there was no warning that I would be charged. I called to question this bill. The billing specialist in her office said she would ask about that but i never heard back. (It's been about a month.). I don't really begrudge her the office visit co- pay--i am just frustrated in dealing with the business side and the fact that the charge was disclosed by invoice. It is up to me to be vigilant about every business aspect of this office--appointment setting, test results, monitoring what I say to not be charged for a "free" visit and making sure I get my insurance card back from the front desk at the time of the visit. So far the quality of the care has been worth the aggravation. I keep telling myself it is only once a year--oops make that year and a half. Very impersonal business side for a very personal business.
