My son got the kids French toast and said it was amazing. The hostess was very friendly, and they have a coloring sheet for kids. Oddly, for a brunch place, they don't have iced coffee or cold brew (but can pour regular coffee over ice). My son was so pleased with his French toast that he also ordered the kids grilled cheese. I'm not sure if it was the type of bread (my husband thought rye? Maybe just sourdough?) or cheese (American vs cheddar?), plus it was grilled (vs on a pan/griddle) so had charred grill lines on it.. it missed the mark for a 6 year old. Note to self: ask about type of bread, cheese, and how the grilled cheese is cooked.

Our waitress was lovely, but the atmosphere felt confused -- part bar, part restaurant -- and it didn't really match the menu. I ordered the chopped Greek salad, which didn't taste Greek at all, including the dressing. My son ordered the half chicken, though it looked more like two dry chicken pieces than an actual half chicken. My wife had the chicken bowl, which was just okay. Nothing tasted fresh, nothing stood out, and overall it was a disappointing meal. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
