I went with the prix fixe, starting with the half marshmallow soup, which was like a tomato soup with an amazingly delightful and light goat cheese souffles with a drizzle of pesto. Wow, what a start! I also indulged myself with a French Bubbles Flight, because why not? It's Sunday brunch and I've worked 6 days last week, so let's go! I went with the Truffle Infused Mushroom Souffle for my entree and I savored every bite (or scoop?). I'm going to be dreaming about this one and the seasonal Key Lime souffle for dinner? Shout out to my server Eric for recommending this one, because it's a winner! Not overly sweet, not too sour, letting the melty and fluffy souffle be the star of every bite with a bright fragrance of lime each time. Am I dead and in heaven? Our savory fan favorites are the kids chicken Alfredo (hold the mushrooms), Philly cheesesteak, the steakhouse, & the aforementioned dessert. Each crepe (minus dessert) comes with a side salad; which makes for a hefty serving that allows each plate to be shared easily. Freebie nights (sometimes not even requiring a purchase) can be overly crowded. So opt for Wednesday if you have littles each adult entree allows a free kids meal. They have some really pretty fancy drink options from various mimosas and roses to lattes (hot/cold). I have the iced Lavender Dreams Matcha Latte a try on one visit and it was a dessert in a glass. Some of the bruschetta options were just okay on their own, and I think a little balsamic reduction or a drizzle of olive oil would have added more flavor. My recommendations are the Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jam with Goat Cheese and the Burrata Bruschetta with arugula and tomatoes. Soooo good! The wines were amazing, and I loved that I was able to sample a few before deciding what to order. The service was exceptional, and the entire experience felt so special. Every bite of food was flavorful. The presentation was creative and beautiful. The Chef's table is in a semi private space right in front of the kitchen, separated from the main dinning room by curtains. It was fun to watch the kitchen in action, but the area felt a bit warm at times. Presentation was definitely one of the highlights of the evening. Each dish arrived in uniquely designed serve ware and each wine was presented in a different glass. The ingredients were top-notch, featuring Hokkaido scallops, Wagyu beef, yellowfin tuna, etc. That said, while some dishes highlighted the Indian flavors we were expecting, others leaned more towards American fusion. The wine pairing complemented each dish well and the sommelier provided detailed explanations for each wine. My favorite dishes of the night were the chaat and the lamb chop. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the service and presentation. However I wish there's more emphasis on the Indian flavors. Based on the glimpse of the flavors we experienced in some of the courses, I suspect I might enjoy a simple bowl of vindaloo or curry from their regular menu more.

I was initially disappointed, but this was one of the more unique complimentary dishes I have had, and loved it. For starters, we got the TOSTADA CHUTORO, which was a tostada with raw fish and caviar. There were two, and although smaller bites to share, the flavor once again really shined through. I would say this is similar to a ceviche dish with really fresh fish and bright flavors.

Jumbo lump crab could have been my whole entree. It was one of my favorites. The calamari was tender and fried perfectly. Bacon too. My entree was the scallops and they were delicious. Also had crème brûlée. The pictures speak for themselves. They offered valet parking but didn't need it since it was Monday night and the lot was pretty empty.
