Dinner! Soft opening! Service was delightful but inexperienced we will be back to help with her training. Owner/Manager was present and as merry and friendly as usual. Food, especially the fresh brioche rolls, are heavenly. Frankly, I'd be happy eating about a dozen. They'd make fantastic sliders. Instead ordered the Ruben, which was average, but came with fries, which were AMAZING. Wife had the Texas Crepe. Delicious and big enough to also have tomorrow for lunch! Atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. This is the place to meet for civilized coffee, dessert, or cocktails and a snack.

There doesn't seem to be a reservation system, at least not from what I could tell. We came on a Sunday around noon for brunch and were pleasantly surprised. Even though they were packed, the wait was only about five minutes. They offer patio seating, but we chose to sit inside. There's also a display case with pastries available for takeaway, which looked tempting -- but we were in the mood for something more substantial. We ordered the salmon Eggs Benedict and the goat cheese avocado toast. The Eggs Benedict disappeared in under five minutes thanks to my kid -- I didn't even get a bite! But based on how fast it vanished and the enthusiastic review I received from the kiddo, it was clearly delicious. The avocado toast was good as well. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely solid. I was hoping for more of a kick from the chili flakes and spicy honey, but I mainly tasted sweetness without much heat. If the honey isn't bringing that spice as the menu describes, I'd probably skip it next time. The decor inside is cute and cozy, and it has the warm, French welcoming feel of a family-owned business.

I would have not known this eatery area existed without an invite and getting past the horrendous construction off 45. Quaint little French bistro adorned in blue and white colors and offering some excellent breakfast options. I opted for the French Way Egg-ceptional just from the offering of 2 soft boiled egg. You got a choice of protein (salmon), avocado, and toasted brioche sticks on the side with one additional side of choice (roasted potatoes). The soft boiled eggs were done perfectly and slid out flawlessly with from their protective shell. The avocado and salmon were delicious and fresh. Add in the carbs (brioche and potatoes) and one full belly commenced. I definitely want to give them another go for their baked offerings. They have weekly specials with Monday being B2G1 on pastries!

Came here for Mother's Day while in TX for some concerts. Everything was delicious and the service was top notch! They had champagne for Mother's Day and it was a really great experience

We loved Madame Brioche so much the first time, asked my family to join for Sunday brunch on our last day visiting. I first had a bacon omelette and hash browns with gluten free bread. I asked for some cheese on my hash browns but the waitress said she didn't think they did that.... While she was super pleasant and friendly I feel like this isn't that weird of a request and maybe at least could have asked? Hashbrowns a little plain without it; however, The GF bread was DELIGHTFUL!!! The BEST tasting bread I've had. The owner came out and talked to me about it that was so nice of her!! My second breakfast I ordered the GF pancakes with chocolate chips hoping I'd be wowed again. Unfortunately they forgot the chocolate chips and I had to send them back. They were good pancakes but nothing exciting. My whole family enjoyed our meals for the most part, but my dad's potatoes were cold. Probably due to plating before the entree. I have no doubt had he said something at the time they would have made it right. Overall it's a newish restaurant that I would definitely recommend and I will return when back in Texas. Great friendly owners and beautiful open space with that French bistro flare.

Very good experience! Noemy was our waiter and the customer service alone was enough to wow us! Food was also delicious, came out quick, and decently priced. Atmosphere was really nice inside as well! Will definitely be coming back

What a great Thursday morning. Nice date with the wife and her hot dress! We've both been looking forward to our first visit at Madame Brioche Bistro for breakfast. Upon entering MBB you can tell this place is going to be tasty. Walked past the bakery display on my way to a table and all the sweets looked lovely. I'll take them all please! The breakfast and lunch menu looked really good. I'll have to return for the chicken cordon bleu, definitely one of my favorite meals but today I ordered up a western omelette that came with amazing bread and one side, mac n cheese please! Our server Eloise was very helpful and timely. The wife, who is gluten free, had the avocado omelette, and a gluten free bun which was very tasty. Upon leaving I ordered to-go one brioche cinnamon roll. On an end note! The omelettes were extremely tasty. I'm betting the eggs were strained but I'm not sure. They had a very clean and fresh taste. Very impressed with MBB so much so that we booked a reservation for 12 people this Sunday! See you there Yelpstars.

I love this place. When my son gets his haircut I try to schedule to come get a cinnamon roll or a pastry as they are the best! Then we had an early appointment so finally came in and sat for breakfast. Best decision! There was not a long wait, the owner/manager (unsure) is so friendly and welcoming to everyone. He had so many regulars. The staff is very nice as well. I loved everything we ordered. My son ordered mac and cheese as his side. I thought that was weird until I tasted it. Best mac and cheese. Ok we have to talk about to the coffee! I got the cafe au lait but gosh the regular coffee is amazing and I will just get that next time. Hard to find good house coffee in a restaurant. The theme is cute make you feel like you in a French bistro. I only have one complaint. The chairs. Ouch I had shorts on and it felt like I was sitting in a plastic lawn chair and digs and leaves marks on your skin. I have to sit on my jacket to be comfortable. Still love the place and can't wait to go back. Coffee and cinnamon roll please!

I'm not a breakfast/brunch person, but I am half French! Rarely do I give 5 stars, but my wife had been wanting to take me for a long time and Madame Brioche will not disappoint! Service was outstanding and the owner was present and attentive. It feels like a French bistro, but needs a location that suitable for outdoor seating and people watching to be the perfect European "bistro." French Toast was light, fluffy and tasty, but not overly sweet. Eggs over easy were perfectly done. Having studied the menu, I told my wife I want to come back for brunch/lunch and order the Moule Frites and Croque Madame two classic French bistro item as the ultimate food evaluation for me!

We went for dinner. They are open for dinner Thursday through Saturday. Food was SO good!! Great flavor! Service is friendly and timely. Cute place with lovely atmosphere. Good music that is not too loud so it's easy to talk. Highly recommended!!

I never expected to find an authentic French Restaurant in the Conroe area, but it was incredible! I knew it was the real deal when I heard French spoken all around me. Fresh ingredients, cheap prices, and huge portions make this place stand out. The Nutella coffee, as many others have mentioned, is excellent. All pastries were great as well.

I'm a little late on my review and will preface this one with the fact we've already been back since when these pictures were taken. With that said, this place is the real deal! This family run place may take a little bit to get your food out but it's worth it. Remember, good things come to those who wait! My son and I are IN LOVE with their eggs Benedict. Not only have they figured out how to get the perfect poached egg but the hollandaise sauce is the perfect balance. Personally I hate when people put too much lemon in their hollandaise and I tip my hat to the chef here because I now dream of their hollandaise. Did I mention the perfect poached eggs? Next up was the French toast...not too sweet, not soggy but not too dry. Definitely a must try. Finally the ham and cheese omelette, cooked perfectly. Husband was surprised at how much ham, peppers and cheese they put in it. He only was able to finish half of it! I can see this becoming a regular weekend breakfast place for us.

I've missed having easy access to Cuban food after having so much access to Porto's when I lived in LA, and Havana House absolutely hits the spot. - Cuban Sandwich (5/5): Delicious and a HUGE portion. Only wish they also made chicken croquetas too! - Stuffed Potato Ball (4/5): Hefty, rich, decadent. I can really only eat half of one before it makes me too full (and I usually have a big appetite) - Maduros (Sweet Plantains) and Tostones (Fried Green Plantains) (both 5/5): Perfectly sweet and savory - Braised Oxtail: Can't speak for this one directly but my fiance loved this one. It normally comes with their house sauce, but I added the house‑made ranch since people on Google were raving about it. If you choose any heat level, it defaults to Nashville style breading; Coop's Classic is reserved for kids meals or no‑heat tenders. They asked if I wanted to swap the fries for something else. I asked what counted as an even exchange, and the only option was coleslaw--which the Double Clucker already comes with--so that made no sense whatsoever. I stuck with the fries. Oddly, the meal doesn't include a drink, so I added an Oreo milkshake since that also had good reviews. The staff was very friendly, and the milkshake came out first and fast. They served it to my table in the empty dining room. Flavor was fine, but it didn't come with the cherry shown in the photos and included in the menu description. Worse yet, it was extremely watery--super runny, not cold, and definitely not "Frosty" as advertised. See my videos. Big disappointment. When the food arrived, the tender itself was great--moist and flavorful. The mild heat level barely registered for me, but the ranch dip was better than the house sauce dip. The coleslaw didn't do it for me. It lacked flavor, and the cabbage pieces were cut way too large. Lastly, the fries. Oh boy. Not refrigerator cold, but definitely cool. Not warm, not hot--just... cool. And ack. Overall, I can only recommend the tenders. They do sell them à la carte for $4 and change, and those are the only thing worth getting that I tried. The sides and the milkshake were just a huge letdown.

We did not sit there because it was hot. We sat indoors. It was just me and my child. Our waitress did not mention that kids (12 and under) eat free all day Mondays (and 10 am - 12 noon on weekends). I learned this from reading Google reviews after we had already ordered. After I asked, she confirmed the promotion and allowed us to add a kids meal since we had already ordered an adult entrée, which is the required condition. We ordered a kids' pizza. You can pepperoni for $1 but it's a free add on Mondays. Not gonna lie, pizza tasted off. Kid said it and I ignored her. Then I tried it and ack. We brought the rest home and stuck it in the fridge but it tasted even worse the next day. Tossed in trash. Service required frequent prompting. Like pulling teeth. I had to ask about the drink included with the kids meal. And yes Milk is an option. I also had to ask about the cookie that is supposed to come with the meal. We did not receive one. She said they had chocolate chip only as oatmeal and sugar cookies were gone. I said fine. We never got anything. So I went to the take out stand and we were told they were out of cookies. But they offered us a small brownie instead. Unfortunately however it contained nuts. For an appetizer, we ordered the cast iron spinach artichoke dip. The chip‑to‑dip ratio was not balanced. We ran out of chips way before the dip was gone. We also ordered the cast iron skirt steak (yes lots of cast irons). I requested medium rare. It arrived medium well and slightly tough however. You'd think they could easily tell this since they slice it all up before serving. It was not seasoned, but presumably that is because it is intended to be used with the chimichurri sauce provided. No salt on the tables. Overall, the experience and the food were marginal and borderline acceptable, but definitely unremarkable. Service is another story however. She was nice, just not very good at her craft.
