I used my own machine and made 3 passes, the first one was almost black and that was 2 days after you were here! I made a total of 3 passes before the water was a light tan so I'd say you did a horrible job. I was able to fix what you did, I have no idea what the light spots were that you left but I was able to remove them with my own machine. So no thanks on your offer to redo anything. I can't take the chance of my carpet being in worse shape than the last time you left it.

Absolutely an awesome business. The stretching and cleaning was completed with perfection. Rene has…read morethe knowledge and skills to excel and delivered the result he obviously always does. He told me he works alone so he can assure there is no security risk to the home owner. His technology and equipment are perfect for his clients. His process is very environmentally sound and leaves no hazardous chemicals. He applied a spray of a very effective liquid to loosen the dirt and stains. The final step uses only a small amount of very hot water and the appearance of our carpet is that of a new carpet. The minimum amount of water means it dries quickly. He started with areas and stairs that needed serious stretching and cleaning for our property. Now everything looks like new. He obviously is one person that could and would be a top provider. He was recommended by a Realtor who has benefited many times from Rene's outstanding service.

I know of no other company that can clean 3000 sq ft in an hour and 20 mins. I had to follow up and recelan things after each time. They also scratched the crap out of my hardwood floors and they "fix" was to just clean it with a shiner instead of fixing the actual scratches. They cleaned the windows and fans, I think thats how they get away charging me for a deep clean, I still found spots of crumbs on the floor, every single first floor window was left unlocked, had it been warmer weather that would have been a point of breaking in.
