I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.

They were very professional and brought three people for the cleaning. They just left and I have gone through the whole house and it is amazing. They even got behind doors and behind the faucets in the sink. I have them come in and do a deep clean but I did not ask anything about the refrigerator and I noticed that they actually opened it up and wipe down the top and the bottom. I asked them why and they said that's just how they roll. I am actually thinking about calling them back and having them come every two weeks because my house feels so clean.
