Project: to fix my home irrigation issues. My three main points:…read more1 - Fast response - while others offered me dates 2 weeks in the future, J&J was onsite in 2 days. This is a huge difference in my book. 2 - They did a complete rebuild of my 24 year old home-made irrigation valve box, which we discovered had been built with inferior grade tubing. The new system is more streamlined, rugged, and puts out more water on all circuits. 3 - And maybe the most important, they came in WELL under my estimated budget for a project of this scope. BONUS - Jon (he's one of the J's) is a straight shooter, super honest and professional. Strongly recommend.

Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

I also offered to have the owner come by beforehand to meet me and see the house, but she repeatedly declined. A few days before my scheduled cleaning, while I was out of town, the owner contacted me and said she had concerns because previous customers had not paid for services. Although we had already agreed on the payment terms when the appointment was booked, she then requested my full name, phone number and a credit card to hold the appointment. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and would advise finding another cleaning service for your needs.

We used this cleaning company for nearly two years, across two different homes. In the beginning,…read morethe service was solid and consistent, which is why we stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.
