I just tried scheduling an appointment and the person I spoke to (Isabella) was extremely rude. She…read morebegan telling me how they don't like taking Meds-Cal patients because it pays less for the visit, or because the patients sometimes don't show up and it causes a loss of money and productivity (which is understandable). I just don't see why she would have to tell me information that is not relevant and be rude about it --especially knowing that they serve many Medi-Cal patients because of the clinic's geographical location. Furthermore, she began to argue with me about the insurance card identification number and what not. After I asked for her name and I told her she was being very rude she said, "You don't have to come here. I cancelled your appointment." She hung up right after. I don't see how these places can staff such individuals with poor customer service. I had a hard time understanding her accent as it was, so I was being as patient as possible. This was just an awful first time experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Management, I hope you get rid of this lady. Though, I think it is likely that they won't because she might be the owners relative, if not the wife.

She has retired and sold out to a corporation that is just HORRIBLE! I had a crown done October 6 and I have not been able to get an appointment since then to get my permanent crown put in. But they're charging me every month, for sure. One excuse after another. No Dentist, Dentist not qualified, dentist is ill, x-ray machines down, it goes on and on. Go elsewhere! These guys do not have it together at all!! They have gone through several dentists in the period of about six months. Horrible, horrible. Stay away. So sad after having Amy Coeler for 18 years and getting the best care. Now I'm getting no care at all. If I can ever get my permanent crown, I will be gone so fast.
