From start to finish, this team was exceptional. Their pricing aligned with our insurance budget, the quality of workmanship was outstanding, and every phase of the project was handled with professionalism and care. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent -- we always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made a stressful situation far more manageable. They stayed on schedule, respected our home, and delivered exactly what they promised. The final result exceeded our expectations, and the craftsmanship truly shows. It is incredibly rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, excellent work, strong communication, and reliability -- but this one absolutely does. We would not hesitate to recommend them and are truly grateful for the work they did restoring our home.

Of the three estimates we got for our roof replacement, his estimate was the most detailed, outlining all materials as well as the customer's expectations for the process. Arndt's prices were very competitive (enough so that we were also able to afford an upgrade to our gutters), and we were amazed at how quickly the work was completed. As promised, his crew arrived at 7:00 am (professional, friendly, and focused!), and at 1:00 pm they had cleaned up the yard and were leaving. Nate provided the invoice, all photos and Certificate of Completion on the spot- I was able to submit all the documentation to my insurance company 30 minutes later. One of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. Highly recommended!

Robbie Crawford came out and performed a good assessment of the level of effort and a reasonable estimate on the cost. During the performance of the work they hit a significant complication that added about two days to the amount of time that had been planned. The work was completed professionally, everything was cleaned up at the completion, the final work product was perfect and beyond my expectations, and the final charges were exactly as described in the original estimate which was significantly lower than a competitors estimate. We could not be happier with the work that was performed as well as the team that was at our house for about 5 days. I would not hesitate to recommend ServPro of Lexington Park, MD and I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

The finished basement looks fantastic, and we appreciate that SERVPRO ultimately addressed the concerns we raised. Despite the issues noted below, we would use them again. Frank handled the initial cleanup and damage assessment following our basement leak. He was prompt, friendly, communicative, and offered helpful recommendations without pressuring us to use SERVPRO for reconstruction. Dylan, our estimator, and Kanyn, our project supervisor, were both personable and knowledgeable. Kanyn was especially responsive throughout the reconstruction process. Casey was also kind and professional, while Robby maintained communication during the contents-handling portion of the project. The primary flooring installation by Edgar and his crew was spectacular. We upgraded from carpet to LVP throughout the finished basement, including the bedrooms, bathroom, and stairs. The flooring looks fantastic and completely transformed the space. Their hard work deserves recognition. The project experienced several delays. Some were understandable, such as insurance approvals and personnel availability, while others appeared avoidable. These included delays in submitting estimates, an initial submission missing its attachment, difficulty obtaining updated estimates, and occasional communication breakdowns between departments. The selected flooring and coordinating stair components also were not thoroughly vetted before estimating. We ultimately researched and located a compatible stair nose ourselves. I also identified a significant quantity error in the initial estimate that could have materially increased the final bill. The error was corrected, but it raised concerns about attention to detail. The three-person pack-out crew was courteous and treated our belongings respectfully. However, the process seemed somewhat disorganized, with periods of downtime and uncertainty about responsibilities and workflow. The pack-back experience was considerably better. Two gentlemen returned our belongings efficiently, carefully staged everything according to our instructions, and completed the unloading quickly. Two items were damaged during contents handling. The damage was photographed and documented, but I am still awaiting the outcome. Better coordination between departments would have made this portion of the project smoother. Although the main flooring installation was excellent, some finishing details initially fell short. Several sections of shoe molding had misaligned miters, exposed or unfinished cuts, and noticeable gaps beneath the trim or around door jambs. Minor debris and paint splatter were also left behind, which I cleaned myself. Kanyn did offer to perform a final walkthrough. Because of scheduling, I declined and told him I would reach out if I found anything. After inspecting the completed work more closely, I photographed the issues and contacted him. The final estimate also included a substantial post-construction cleaning charge, even though I still had to sweep and mop small debris and remove paint splatter. SERVPRO reduced the charge after I questioned it, although I still felt the remaining amount was high for the level of cleaning performed. I initially offered to correct the trim myself in exchange for a workmanship credit to avoid coordinating another visit. SERVPRO instead chose to stand behind its warranty. Kanyn and Casey personally returned to inspect the concerns, and the necessary corrections were completed to our satisfaction. During the final estimate review, I also identified charges that did not reflect the work performed. These included removal of the original bathroom flooring even though the new LVP was installed over it, vanity toe-kick removal/reset even though I had removed the vanity myself, and painting of door/window trim that was not completed. After discussing these discrepancies with Kanyn, SERVPRO issued a revised estimate removing the applicable charges and adjusting the cleaning allowance. I appreciated that the concerns were acknowledged and corrected once raised. Overall, every SERVPRO employee I dealt with was polite and personable, and the primary flooring installation exceeded my expectations. The main areas for improvement are coordination, communication between departments, material verification, and final quality control. The process required more homeowner involvement than expected, but SERVPRO ultimately stood behind its work and addressed the issues brought to its attention. Our basement looks fantastic, and we appreciate everyone who contributed to the final result.

ADCO was unique, their proposed solution actually made sense - other companies proposed things that were too limited or way over-the-top - and ADCO patiently walked through our questions and doubts. The work they did was excellent, they were as clean as they could be, they protected our things, and, critically, they communicated with me as the homeowner. Every day started with a conversation or a text about what they were doing that day, and continued with updates throughout the day. I even got a text when they found a tiny snake in my crawl space! Lastly, ADCO stands by their work. There was a minor issue with something a subcontractor did in our attic, and at no charge to us ADCO sent out a team to remedy it. They even covered some minor resulting costs. I hope to never have a mold problem again, but I'll recommend ADCO to anyone I know who does.

Since we have been in the home it has been one thing after the other. Toilet paper and towel holders all over the home have fallen off the walls, it is obvious that the person who installed it didn't look for a stud. Two separate closet racks have fallen. Before you wonder if they were overloaded, they were not. Again, the person who installed didn't find a stud and installed the rack straight into nothing. Fast forward to today, we need a new dishwasher. The new one is set to be installed on Monday. My husband discovered that there is dry wall covering where the plug should be behind the dishwasher. Not only did they inspect the home for damage, they made themselves available when the insurance adjuster visited to do his inspection to make sure the insurance company didn't miss anything (which they did). In the end Priceless replaced the entire roof with architectural shingles, the entire gutter system with seamless gutters, and even replaced the roof on our Tiki bar with cedar shake at no out of pocket cost to us. The only thing they left behind is the highest quality workmanship I have seen in a very long time.
