After a major storm the end of May we noticed damage to our roof. Our neighbor had previously had their roof replaced so we called the company they used, Priceless Home Improvements. Kyle came onsite a day or two after our initial call and upon inspection found wind and hail damage from the recent storm. We then contacted our insurance company together to file a claim. He was wonderful and walked us through the entire process. The insurance company then came out a few days later and completed their inspection confirming what Kyle had found and approved the work to be completed. Even better, Priceless matched the quote provided by our insurance for the replacement. A week or so after the approvals were received we heard from Russel asking if delivery of the materials could be done next day and the roof work to be started the following. While there was a bit of confusion on the start date they got right to work a couple days after the material was delivered. The roofing team was incredible and did AMAZING work. It took them a little over a day to complete. After reviewing the work completed we found that they had replaced our roof over our sunroom with a different material then shingles like the rest of our home. Russel stated this was due to it being a low slope roof. We were not happy with the aesthetic look of this especially since we had previously had shingles over the entire house to include our enclosed sunroom. Priceless then sent a crew out the following day to correct this and replaced the material over our sunroom with matching shingles at the NRCA standard for a low slope roof. We also noticed a piece of siding or molding that was out of place after the work and priceless will be sending a team to get that fixed. So, Minus a few communication gaps we couldn't be happier with the work performed. Our roof looks AMAZING, and with recent rain we have had NO issues and hope we won't have any problems. The Priceless Home Improvement team was great to work with and made working with our insurance company a breeze! Great service. Had a few problems , however Kyle, Matthew, Russell, and Trevor Irwin fixed all problems and concerns. Kyle followed through to make sure that our insurance company paid for a new roof. Matthew made sure that the workers completed the job properly. Russell communicated with me and made sure that the workers showed up on the day and time I requested. He also made sure that the roof work was done too inspection standards. Trevor, one of the owners went beyond what most owners do. Their supply contractor, ABC Supply Company, damaged our driveway. I found out that ABC commonly damages driveways and that their insurance company CBCS only pays "pennies" to fix the customers driveway. They depreciated our driveway 75%! Trevor, again one of the owners, decided that the reputation of his company was worth more then 25% and paid to repair our driveway properly. In the end, yes everything did not go smoothly, however Priceless Home Improvements does care about producing great service and a fantastic roof with a five year work performed. read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I will never forget the day Kyle Dotson with priceless home Improvements came To my door. I was completely busy at the moment and did not want anything to do with a door to door salesman , Kyle asked me nicely for one minute of my time and I listened ... Not only was Kyle offering to get my roof which was old and defective replaced for little to nothing he also gave me a FREE upgrade to a nicer shingle. Kyle met my insurance company at their inspection to guarantee they would find the damage that he found , he also showed them documents saying the shingle was discontinued which helped tremendously! Priceless Home Improvements did a wonderful job with my roof, gutters, and interior painting. All of the Employees were very friendly, and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and concerns. My wife, and i worked personally with Tyler. Overall we enjoyed the entire experience with Priceless. We were extremely impressed with the work done on our home.
