Throughout the process Servpro has been responsive to our questions and concerns and helped with managing oor expectations. In particular, Cory and Dallas have been great to work with during this stressful time. I highly recommend Cory, Dallas, and the entire team at Servpro of East Greenville County.

**Not recommended**…read more Helene came on 09.27.24 and had a tree come through our roof and ceiling. Our insurance recommended we call ServePro. Called the corporate number and was attached to our local area. A nice gentleman name Kevin L. came out and ensured us that ServePro would be here from cleanup & mitigation, all the way through fixing the room back to its original state. We signed for work to begin. 2 young men came at 6:30p on Friday 10.04.24 to take down the wet ceiling/insulation and remove carpet and pad. They tore it out (without mask) and then proceeded to drag the insulation on a tarp through our carpeted areas. They left a lot of insulation behind in the hallway and stairs. They left at 8:30p and left the insulation on tarps in the yard and a tool was left behind. Next day they call to ask if tool was still there, and answered yes. Asked what was going to happen with the tarp of insulation on the lawn. They picked it up when they came for their tool. 2 days later someone shows up with the machine to pull water out. They leave it for 4 days then come and pick it up (room is at dry level). I ask about when they would be back to begin repair and the answer is "we are helping here for storm recovery and are from out of state, so we are not sure. I will send a message to the local team, but you should call them." 10.07.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia W. She stated they were way backed up with everything going on since the storm, but she would get a message over to the repair and construction team to call me back. No call. 10.10.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia. She stated sorry we are just having trouble with everything after the storm, but she would get a message over to the repair and construction team to call me back. And they will reach back out you. She confirmed her message went to them. No call. 10.14.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia. She stated she did not understand why the had not called but they were real busy with everything after the storm, she sent message again. She confirmed her message went to them. No call. 10.21.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Jonathan. He stated they were busy and would get message to repair and construction team to call me back. I told him this is the fourth call, and I am just trying to get on their schedule. No call. 10.28.24 Called ServePro of East Greenville and spoke to Mia. Told her how disappointed I was with this process and unable to get anyone to call back. Asked that manager (Brian or Jodi) call me back. I just need to get it on schedule to get it fixed. She would let them know to call me. No call. Never did anyone call me. The service promised by ServePro was not delivered, and I continue to have a large hole in ceiling during the cold evenings and upcoming winter months. They are a nationwide company and though this was not specifically a job begun by ServePro of East Greenville, they never responded to multiple request for a call back to begin restoration of our damaged home. As a nationwide company sending other representatives to the area to help out is a good thing. But not at the expense of not finishing the work in the local area, regardless of who began the work. The two ServePro entities should have been in communication to help the customer. 11.05.2024 bill for services came via USPS for total amount of $2,353.47. 11.07.2024 call from ServePro asking when payment would be made.

From Ethan, Soloman, and Michael who did the remediation work to Geneva in the office, always ready to take my call. We had peace of mind that remediation was done right. When it came to restoration, we had an amazing team of Case who worked with us on our quote, Will who helped things go smoothly with the Matterport camera, and the best project manager you could ever hope for in Brent. He never failed to give us an update just about every day. Our home looks better than ever thanks to their contractor Junior Duno and his team, Gloria and Amy. We are so pleased with the results! STAY AWAY FROM PAUL DAVIS!!! I can't warn anyone reading this enough about this deplorable company…read more While I was recovering from dying in my house fire and unable to make good decisions, they did extremely poor quality work and used low quality materials while rebuilding my home. I could list the over 100 issues that a home inspector found after they "completed" my home and moved me back in but there's not enough room here. Let's just say that my beautiful home that I built in 1998 is long gone and the POS home that Paul Davis put me into are like night and day. They had me signing checks from my insurance company when I wasn't mentally competent from a lack of oxygen for over 7 minutes during that fire. They put me in a home with eight SAFETY issues that both my home inspector and the LLC Investigator identified, one being my lack of smoke detectors that communicated with one another and not enough of them - after I'd spent months in the Augusta Burn Center and St Francis with severe and lifetime damage to my lungs, esophagus and vocal cords. They thought because I was a woman that couldn't think straight that they could get by with getting paid well by State Farm and leaving me in a house that has multiple issues that I'm still fighting for years later. STAY AWAY FROM PAUL DAVIS!!!

However, I needed hot water ASAP in my rental unit. He drove to his warehouse, picked up another tankless water heater and had it installed in just a couple hours. Recommend Tyler. Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested. Thank you again for us crossing paths with them, and their professional customer services. A big thank you to Sarah Myers for referring us.

Shere' was quick to respond on a whim and certainly had a crew here to get my issue cleaned up and dried out. I was so thankful that returning from a long work trip, I had them to rely on. Everyone was courteous, owner, Clint, followed up to ensure my needs were taken care of and that the awesome guys did as needed. Phillip, Keith and others also treated me and my issues so quickly and responsive. Way to go Steamatic, I am so appreciative of how fantastic you all were in todays world! They were all awesome people to work with. However, today is October 13, and I was called about an hour before them coming out, yet again, to FINISH, the job that was initiated Oct 4th. Because of another job, I was the customer who was called multiple times by Lori, who I say again was extremely apologetic and tried to make me a satisfied customer, to cancel the date previously scheduled. It appears the boss/manager SHERI does not care in the treatment of her customers and did not even offer to speak to me not even ONCE. I think I spoke with Lori over 8-10 times, or more, where she was trying to make things work. I have a family and a career that I had to continuously schedule around, request off, and did SHERI get on the line once, NOPE! She does not care that I'm losing money, wasting time, and quite frankly extremely upset with the customer service she promotes as a team leader. Shame on you! Again, thank you to all the guys who conducted work here at my home, and to Lori who had to call me when she literally was like, "NO, NOT HER AGAIN!!" Thank you SHERI for not even considering an apology and denying the discount request Lori came to you with. That is truly bad customer service, especially for someone who has fought very hard for the country. #VETERAN

I had 4 hours to pack & find a hotel for a quoted 3 week job that turned into 6 weeks. Moved back home before they were finished, because I am an older female alone. My bed was in place. MY CHIEF complaint with Rainbow is their lack of communication. I contracted with them to pack out, store, clean, paint, unpack & clean. On the most part, they did good. Their employees were hardworking & personable. They misplaced some of my belonging & brought me things that didn't belong to me. Nothing that couldn't be replaced. They compensated me for items . I feel they should have cleaned my floors and removed all the paint from my hardwood floors. Make sure you take many photos of your damage & your belongings. Never having an insurance claim in my house after being a homeowner for more than 50 years, didn't know what to expect to do. I am a professional business person and know that communication is the most important & success of a satisfactory contract. Farm Bureau of SC is my insurance company, they pretty much gave them full range to take care of me & my house, which is a great insurance company. After all these words...Communication is my chief complaint and the fact they didn't finish the job completely in quoted amount of time. The fact I contacted Rainbow International to do the complete job...painting was the worse.
