When I went to plant a new tree, I found chunks of tree and roots left behind in the hole along with the grindings. Then there was a huge section of the root that was never ground up. I called them back but they refused to do anything to correct the situation claiming they did "industry standard" work which was only going several inches below lawn grade instead of removing enough stump so that a new tree could be planted.
