I don't know where to begin…read more I know. At the beginning. Not happy with the rhetoric I had to deal with in trying to work with this dealer. I gave him/them my story and told them I was driving over 400 miles to look at this car and that I needed to know everything that was an issue. he/they said solid car. Would not budge off of the advertised price. I offered him a number and he wouldn't meet my number. I didn't low-ball and I told him that I don't work that way. Drove over 400 miles/ 7+ hrs to see this car, based on these guy's word. Mistake. Don't take anybody's word, especially these guys. I wasted a whole day alone on these guys words. Wasted. Of course, me and my daughter had a great time on the trip, great conversation, no doubt. But the idea was to purchase a car that the Owner/salesman, verbally vouched for. Mistake. There were many flags on the play to purchase this car, but they kept reassuring me the car was sound. I bought your play guys. You got me down there. 7 hours round trip. Now I'm the dummy. A/c blowing hot. Was told that they replaced all the A/c components. What they did tell me when i was there was they replaced the "everything" on the a/c and a myriad of other stuff. The A/c compressor was reconditioned and from a supplier that he didn't know where they were. And he didn't know if there was a transferable warranty. Then I left the car running and went back out and when the throttle was increased from under the hood you could hear the valves rattling for the first slight pressure of the throttle, and once the revs came up the noise hid it self. Oil pump issue? timing chain issue? My honest opinion? Find a New Frontier to purchase your vehicle and DO NOT try to work with these guys. It cost me money and I didn't even buy the car. not only that but they were sure that they cold sell the car for that price......Hmmm. buyer with cash in hand and NEVER once offered me the car for any amount. no negotiation, no what would make you happy with this purchase. DROVE 400+ MILES, WITH CASH IN HAND!!! NEVER TRIED TO NEGOTIATE!!!!!!!!! AND i BROUGHT WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE!!!! Lastly, if you have to drive a distance to buy a car, ask all the right questions. And when you ask them if they can discount the price to help compensate your driving so far? And they saw something like..."It's up to you if you drive 5 miles of 500 miles to buy a car, its on you......" Listen to them, They don't give a rip about you. It's a business, they want your money not your friendship, not your happiness. Beware as the other person said.... a1

UPDATE: ironically even though the "owner claimed was removed from their harassing marketing lists…read moreI still as of today 4/10/2026 receive regular email communications. I'm not sure why they continue to reach out but ID LIKE TO BE LEFT ALONE PLEASE!!! As someone who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, Maus Nissan of Brooksville I can confidently say is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with bar none. In 2023 I went to this dealership and purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT. What drew me to this vehicle was the competitive price listed online, so a couple of friends and I went to go see it. I brought my trade and sat down with a sales person. After I test drove the car I told him I wanted to move forward. After letting someone else demo the car in front of me while they had my approval in hand and after a few hours i reluctantly decided to move forward. Once I got into finance I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty that I did not want in order to get a rate I more than qualified before. The whole car buying experience was stressful from the start, and you would think that would be the end of it. But no, they manage to make it worse. Within 30 days I sold the vehicle because I was not satisfied with its condition. Regardless of warranty, with how poorly I was treated I wanted nothing to do with this dealer. So I traded the car in and had to still return to get my extended warranty refunded. Fortunately that was the least stressful part of my whole interaction with them. The reason why I am writing this review is because since this purchase I have received non stop calls, text messages, and emails from people at this dealership. FOR YEARS even though I do not own the car that I purchased from them and after several times telling whoever called me to leave me alone the calls persist. The number is blocked, yet I constantly receive voicemails still. I hope whoever at Maus Nissan reading this removed my name from whatever list it is on. I am tired of being harassed. Don't ever go to this dealer, and if you unfortunately do you may need a new number and email in order to be left alone.

When i went to go see the vehicle it was advertised as no issues. But there were issues, clearcoat failure, check engine light came on, and power window not working....to name a few. When i asked if he would address any of the issues for the asking price he said no. If he starts fixing things the price goes up. Even the radio didnt work because it was asking for a code, which he said was no problem to get the code. I asked for the service history and he showed me some records from the carfax showing it had some major services done, so i agreed to buy the vehicle despite these issues. I asked him to send me the carfax so i could have the service history. And when i was doing the paperwork i asked him to look up the radio code, and he showed me a youtube video about how easy it was and we would do it when the purchase was done. Of course i drove off and he never gave it to me, when i got home i looked it up myself and got the code only to find out all the speakers were blown out... Not even a week later the power steering was making noise and leaking like crazy, turns out it needed a new line that is 6+ hours of labor to install. At this point i was very frustrated, and called again to ask for the car fax that was never sent, again gave me some bs excuse that he no longer has an account with carfax and he cant provide that (after saying he would). What a joke. All this guy does is buy auction vehicles and flips them. Doesn't even do the bare minimum to ensure a car is road ready or safe. Stay away from this place.

Buyer Beware, my bad for thinking this business and the owner Charity had morals. If you get work…read moredone from her mechanic shop and they get the parts , ask to see the part and then look it up. Was told by Charity my battery was being delivered from Auto zone, part of the 2 hour wait. Turns out it is an Electro battery, a mom and pop place out of St Pete Florida. Battery didn't even last a year. Was left stranded two nights ago, got the car towed to a local shop to save on towing and they put in a Napa battery, they never even heard of this brand. We looked it up thank you google lens and got all of the company information. She charged me 185.00 for what she claims is new, how would she even know. And now she will not honor a true warranty her idea of a solution in this situation is for me to return the National Brand Napa battery and put in another Electro crap battery. That only works for her, customer service are not words they comprehend. I will also file a complaint with BBB.

She has good employees, but she doesn't keep them long enough, found out that she does it quite often. It's disgusting how she treats people especially her employees. It is a miracle that she is still in business so anybody looking for a job DO NOT go here. The owner is a horrible boss and the pay is horrible based on the work load that you get. Plus people who know her say she fires employees all the time to avoid any unemployment pay. Also she does not provide any health benefits or any incentives for her employees. She is the type of boss who is in it for herself only. As far as her cars she has them fixed with cheap parts and forces her employees to clean the Catalytic Converters and reuse it instead of replacing it. Buyer beware. Really ZERO Stars for her and her business.
