The service department has been minimized, my service representative is gone. It looks like Coast Mazda is going away.

Bought a 2005 used Minivan with low mileage of about 127,000 for $3,995.00 after title, tax, and tags $4,900.00. When you go to a dealership, you expect extra fees but let me tell you I'd take those fees any day for the customer service I got. #2 My new old van runs like butter, tinted windows, she's a real beut! On my way home though (40 min drive) I noticed a grinding sound in the brakes. Well not only did Jack give me a 3 month/ or 3,000 mile warranty but when I called and asked him where to go for repairs he set me up first thing the next morning with a mechanic to take care of it for me on the house. When buying a used car, you can go to a private seller and take the risk on what you're going to get, or you can go to Jack and know you're driving out that door with quality and care. For a car salesman, I have to say he was incredibly genuine. You can tell he's a decent guy, small business, and good business for his customers. I've never been so proud and happy with a used car, and I've never been so impressed with this impeccable customer service. DON'T BUY PRIVATE! BUY FROM JACK AND KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING, NOT GUESSING! Thank you Jack!

They showed me their numbers showed me that what I was previously dealing with at another dealership was like comparing apples with mangoes and it all made perfect sense. They gave me a decent discount included a bunch of extras and the entire team they just made me feel like part of their family.. if I'm ever in the market for another Ford or if they have a used car that I want it would be the first people I go to see. Richard Chanski, Jesse Zuker, Justin Gardner John Milano, one of the managers Nick Buccina and of course The General SalesManager(one real good dude)Tim Lanzone, could not make you feel better about a purchase.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E AWD Extended Range…read more At the time of purchase in Florida, my salesperson was Enrique assisted by Anthony, it was made clear that I reside in Pennsylvania. However, I was not informed of the significant impact that cold weather would have on the vehicle's battery performance and overall range. As a customer working with certified sales professionals, I expected to receive full and transparent information about the vehicle's capabilities and limitations, particularly those that would directly affect daily use in a colder climate. Additionally, during a recent cross-country trip to Utah, I experienced further performance concerns in high-temperature, desert conditions. I was also not made aware that extreme heat could reduce battery efficiency and range. While I understand that environmental factors can influence electric vehicle performance, these impacts were not adequately communicated during the sales process. The vehicle was marketed with an estimated range of approximately 300 miles per charge. Since taking ownership, I have not once achieved that range. In my experience, the maximum range has been closer to 250 miles under typical conditions. While I understand that advertised range is an estimate, this consistent shortfall, combined with the lack of upfront disclosure, has been frustrating and disappointing. I also recall being strongly encouraged by dealership management to transition from my previous vehicle, with assurances regarding long-term value retention. Based on current market conditions, that representation does not appear to align with the actual depreciation of the Mach-E.

I won't be returning to them ... I put $ 10,000 down .. almost half 1. Not informed of interest rate change. 2. Finance guy pushy on extra coverage .. I didn't want .. he continued. 3. Headlights needed to be replaced (should never been on lot like that) unsafe. 4. Service tech (Steve) replaced Headlights but forgot to replace the part above them .. when he did .. they were scoffed or scratched .. REALLY !! 5. After 6 weeks having the SUV .. doesn't start (only put 800 miles on it) got a jump start .. battery tested 246/600 .. I REPLACED .. THEY WOULDN'T REIMBURSE ME $ 237. (cost of a new battery). 6. Now I have discovered that I DON'T have a HONDA FOB .. plus they gave me only one BASIC FOB ... I like the SUV ... BUT I FEEL VERY CHEATED WITH THE DEALERSHIP .. Who has my 2 fobs ?? Missing cover in back for privacy .. This IS a CERTIFIED USED HONDA .. THEY COULD HAVE DONE BETTER .. GONE THE EXTRA MILE ... I believe it was ALL about money (profit) once you get past the salesman ... Henry was very nice. I don't recommend this DEALERSHIP .. HONDA of PORT RICHEY

Documented Malpractice: Inaccurate Titles, and Management Negligence…read more I purchased a 2023 Honda HRV in full (cash), and the post-sale experience has been a nightmare of documented negligence. If you are an out-of-state buyer, avoid this dealership. I have included 4 photos of official state logs and internal emails that prove the following: 1. The "Ghost Lien" & Title Fraud (Photo 1): Despite paying in full, the dealership incorrectly filed my Tennessee registration with a lien to American Honda Finance. As my redacted application shows, they assigned legal interest of my car to a bank, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket for title corrections at the Montgomery County Clerk's office. 2. Documented Delays (Photo 2): My official Clerk's log proves the dealership (and their agent, Greencastle Notary) didn't even deliver my paperwork until 04/09--nearly a month after my purchase. They sat on my $25,000 cash payment until my temporary tags were literally expiring. 3. Intentional Negligence (Photo 3): When I begged for help, Finance Manager Moe Ibrahim actually emailed me telling me to wait until ONE DAY before expiration to "take action." This "last-minute" mentality resulted in the rushed, fraudulent lien filing I am now fighting. 4. Shifting Blame (Photo 4): Even at the top, the excuses continue. General Manager Scott Long claimed the situation was "out of his control" due to other agencies, yet the "agencies" are only involved because his own team failed to file a clean title. Additional Failures: * Missing Certification: Sold as HondaTrue Certified, but I never received the 182-point checklist or CARFAX. * Privacy Breach: They sent my tracking data to a typo-filled, incorrect email address.I have an open case with Honda National Customer Relations and formal complaints filed with the Florida Bureau of Dealer Control and the TN Motor Vehicle Commission. Management: Do not reply with a generic "call us." Management has my correct contact information on file. Send the notarized Lien Release immediately. The lack of due diligence is so severe that I even found the previous owner's private insurance and registration documents still in the owner's manual. This dealership fails to protect both its former and current customers' private data.

Soon…read moreafter posting my previous review, I received a call from Jeremy - a Sales Manager at Castriota Chevrolet. He called because he was concerned about my review. His tone and willingness to discuss the issues presented were very good, he was not arguing or disputing but rather acknowledging and understanding - something I do truly respect. He took ownership of the situation and called to see what we (together) could do to overcome all of our concerns. To be fair, I was a little short with him, not due to any fault of his, because I was on a break and did not have much time to speak with him and honestly was still frustrated with my Service Dept experiences. A couple of weeks ago (near the end of July) we stopped by the dealership and sat down with Jeremy and our sales agent Carol. They assured us that the situation has been addressed internally and we should not experience any further incidents such as we had previously. Additionally, they gave us information on how to resolve them BEFORE they get too far out of hand. It truly feels like they listened, understood, took ownership of the situation and established a resolution and procedure should it happen again. I have a LOT of respect for the way Castriota Chevrolet addressed this entire situation. A couple days later, my wife brought her truck in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement, the service was performed quickly, and we were very happy with our service. I would also like to clarify, that our service advisor has been (and remains) Kathy, who has ALWAYS treated us very well. The previous incidents were not a fault of her handling of our service in any way I am updating my review because I see that they are truly trying to be better and from the most recent service, it appears to be working
