She was very prompt with a reply, but was never a pushy saleswoman. She dealt with us for many, many months. She always kept in mind our preferences, and reminded us if it when we were overwhelmed with beautifully staged properties. She always gave us an honest opinion of the house (terrible traffic, okay resell value, easy fixes, etc) without judgement nor influencing us to like it to get a quick sale. We often went with our toddler, who she gladly entertained while we looked through the properties. She made as-needed adjustments to our MRIS searches as our preferences changes. Her main mode of contact was via email and then email/text as we become ready to buy. I personally did not prefer the weekly phone calls updates, so I appreciate that she emailed/texted now and then to check in (I'm sure she would not mind calling if prefer this method of contact...). When closing time approached, she sent combinations of emails/texts/calls (both detailed emails well as the summary messages for key deadlines) to ensure that everyone was on the same page that that proper documentations and events were taken place so that there was no delays on our part to close on time. Our first experience with a different realtor was terrible. He only opened the doors to the houses that we wanted to see and was not very accessible.
