Marcos is most certainly a wonderful person and lovely to work with, however this firm lacks the skill and knowledge of structural expertise required for historic homes. We have consulted with three independent structural engineers, one of which was provided by Flow Designs, all have confirmed the design is unstable and ridge of our home overstressed. Flow Design has made our home a liability. Even worse, Flow Design has admitted to their errors but is not acting to rectify the situation instead pushing our family off to lawyers. It is a very disappointing outcome.
