This truck is ever so clean and the service is fast and friendly. Yes, there is a line but it moves super fast. There are places to sit or you can take away or eat in your car. They have an adorable truck, there are a few locations, but this one is the one you want. They have a nice variety of drinks and their prices are super fair. Just three blocks and youre in a parking lot mini mall, and there it is on the corner. They have a few tables outside and basically you walk in and its a small place just to order and grab some salsa for your food. This spot is very unique, and the first time I've had fresh blue corn tortilla tacos. I chose one regular carne asada and two queso of the same. My wife got one chorizo and one nopal. They add cilanto and onion to the tacos and you chose the salsa. We went with the green and its hot but enjoyable. They also tossed a couple slices of raddish on our plates, and to drink we shared a large container of fresh strawberry lemonade. These tacos were damn good. The best I have ever had. Now i know why so many celebs (like Ramy Youseff) come here for the food. They have good taste. I hope one day, I get a place like this where i live. It would be a massive competitor in Long Beach. Unfortunately, they were pretty much out of the roasted pepper and grilled onions at the time I went. To drink, I had the horchata and that was also very delicious. It was huge, sweet, and creamy. The second time we came here was almost 1130pm right before their midnight closing. This time, the parking lot was emptier so we managed to park inside.
