I met a group of friends here for dinner. It was the first time for all of us. We started off with some meatballs, a couple of different types of salads and a truffle pizza. The pizza was good, with a nice crispy crust. The salads were fresh, a little bit on the smaller side, but OK. For entrées, we ordered three or four more pizzas of various types, and I got the chicken Parmesan entree. The pizzas were good, but definitely small for the price. Chicken Parm was good, but again, a very small portion. I had planned on sharing it with my husband, thinking it would be large and butterflied. there was a lot more spaghetti on the side than there was chicken. Service was OK at best. It was a bit annoying to have to order everything at once, both appetizers and entrées at the same time. When you're at a new restaurant, it's good to start with a few different appetizers, and then figure out what you would like for main courses. We didn't get that opportunity. The problem with the service was the inconsistency. Some people got entrées, other people didn't get anything. It took 15 minutes for me to get a drink that I had ordered. Other people at the table got their drinks, but one beer bottle at a time would come into the room when several were ordered. It's not like the restaurant was packed. It was far from busy. Obviously there's wait staff problems and busboy problems. We had to yell multiple times at one of the servers because she picked up a full glass of sangria and tried to take it away. She also took my friends salad away without her being finished with it. All in all, the pizza is good, a little too pricey for what it is, and the servers, the hostess really need to be better at their jobs and need more training. read more

I was excited to try this after having been to the Patsy's in downtown manhattan many times. What a disappointment! We had 6 people including 2 small kids. The pork chop milanese was dry and covered in more dry arugula. It was literally fried paper. The meatballs were dry as well. The salad was worse than an airport salad with zero fresh ingredients (everything marinated and clearly in a can). The clams were the size of someone's pinky and spicy as get out (was not fra diavalo). Bread was ice cold and some strange hummus was served with it. It struck me like the food was just microwaved from Costco. The waiter couldn't hear us, we couldn't hear him, and they forgot part of the order but charged us for it. They then got fresh when we pointed out that there was a mistake on the bill. In terms of atmosphere, totally lacking. The decor is actually quite nice but the acoustic made it impossible for my father to hear at ALL bc he had to take out his hearing aids. Everyone was shouting over the ambient noise and the kitchen door was open and added to the cacophony. We won't be back. read more

A very unfortunate experience. To skip to the chase, it was very very bad. We will not be returning. The chicken had a metallic taste and was inedible. We were told the chicken scarp was spicy but that was not the case. It also included potatoes with a strange texture that was both mushy and tough. The burger was very greasy, and slid all over the bun with rubbery lettuce. We were excited to try this place for the first time but we will not be returning. Second time we have eaten here, and we will not be back. We were seated right outside the kitchen and when we requested the kitchen doors be closed to escape the loud banging and clanging the waiter replied that the Chef insisted they be kept open. However, he took pity on us and did close the doors while we were there. I ordered the veal chop milanese and requested that there be no parmesan salad on top. i do not like parmesan cheese. It came with the parmesan salad on top I guess I was also supposed to know that a "milanese" veal chop is butterflied and fried. It wasn't explained on the menu It was bland and dry and not even copious amounts of salt and pepper could improve it. And $46. The crispy potatoes tasted like reheated potato nuggets, not to mention an additional $9 Hard to park although they do have valet, and it is NOISY at prime dinner hour. It's new so the staff needs a bit of breaking in, although we had an obviously experienced waiter. But he simply shrugged his shoulders when I reminded him that I requested no salad on the chop. Owner is hardworking and owns another Patsy's. The staff was well intended and working to find a rhythm since it's a new location. The space is clean, but a bit hard edged and doesn't present a comfortable and inviting vibe. This location is a franchise, not an original owner location. You can see this in the menu, the pricing and last the quality. The food was not in line with NYC locations. The portions were smaller and the pizza was undercooked and lacked the recognizable and unique taste that made patsys what it is. This can improve over time with better ingredients, more attention to details and a very harsh inspection from corporate (if they care). Don't avoid this location, it deserves a chance, but do not expect the quality of NYC locations. Not even close. read more

First of all, the service was terrible-- it took approximately 40 minutes to get a beer on tap and a cocktail that was filled 3/4 of the way. The shrimp scampi-- which consisted of only 6 pieces of shrimp dosed in bland sauce without pasta or any side-- was $28 (be for real). Can't forget to add that my dish had a HAIR in it. Finally, the restaurant is very loud and you need to yell to hear a thing at your table. I want to emphasize the service as it was absolutely terrible. Will never come back here again. read more

Pastas are great. Very small portions compared to other patsy locations. Would like to see menu items like the steak sandwich. Something with their pizza sauce is off. Ambiance is great. They changed the menu and didn't tell us until ordering. We were excited for Friday night pizza, and we purposely hadn't eaten until. We had gotten drinks, and then ordered. First we asked for cheese pizza, but then the overly friendly sketchy waitress made a joke about them not having pizza. Joke until we realized she wasn't lying. It is not pizza anymore. Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had from the min we walked up to the bar. My husband, myself and our friends waited at the bar for about 15 mins before we were even acknowledged. The bartender had a terrible personality and absolutely no hustle. He poured very lame drinks that were not cheap. Then we were brought to our table that looked like we were in a catering hall and sat at table that was directly in front of where a band would be coming in to perform. As you could imagine I asked if we could be seated somewhere else. We were then sat in a room that had a terrible smell. I can't even begin to describe the odor! It then comes time to have take out order and that was even chaotic. One staff member didn't know what the other staff member was doing. We were approached by several people to take our order. When our food finally did arrive that too was an embarrassment for the restaurant. I ordered chicken marsala that was soooo salty and over seasoned. My friend ordered chicken franchise that she couldn't even eat because it was so salty. Their shrimp scampi was just a plate of 5 measly shrimp on a dish with nothing to accompany it! Next came dessert another big disappointment! We ordered Napoleon that resembled nothing like a Napoleon I've ever eaten. And the flavor was subpar at best! I got takeout from here recently, hoping quality improved. It sadly did not. The food is nowhere near the Patsys in the city - the only similarity is the name. My food was extremely lukewarm and prepared without basic care. Even the breadsticks were extremely stale. And the prices are very high. Eat somewhere else. read more

Was excited to see Patsy's coming to Harrison and adding to the selection of restaurants we have in our small town. Was there as soon after they opened and was very disappointed in my first experience, both in service and food quality. Tried them a couple of more times since, giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping for a better experience - new restaurant, new people, and management working out the little details - but, I remain disappointed. Food remains underwhelming and service not at par with the prices. Two stars because the bartender deserves 5 for service - food and service from rest of team get one star. read more

Really disappointed today. Service was so slow, we ended up walking out after waiting over an hour for food. We never received our 3 ice teas after waiting 45 min for those. Only 4 out of 5 people received their appetizers. Of the appetizers that were received, one salad had no dressing, the other was okay but also very light on dressing. The other appetizers were fine, unremarkable at best. Usually, the pizzas are excellent (and have been in the past) but we never received them. The restaurant prioritized high volume of patrons and tables over quality of food and service. We had gone a few times before and our previous visits were decent, but after this one we won't be back. Too many other good Italian restaurants in the area that would be a better choice. read more

I just had to come on here which I don't do often and say that I had the best experience at this restaurant ( patsy of Harrison ) I had the most amazing beautiful young lady take care of us her personality and all around work ethic had us all blown away. Horrible experience, a Patsy's Pizzeria in Harrison .... number one I called for a reservation months ago and followed up twice to make sure we were actually in their event room. Once there I did nothing but fight with them as they want to sit my party in another room once I got there because they tried to not accommodate the table that I had all along it was upsetting and Embarrassing and extremely unacceptable. I hope they get it together and don't g go out of business like at the other restaurant before them in that location Like every other restaurant in tlocation. I don't know about pizza( it appeared to be burnt, but do not order the chicken of any kind of meat,,, everything I have had there, and I will not be back. One thing to served overcooked food but if you burn it, do not serve it!!!!! Ordered $160 of delivery for dinner early on a Wednesday night. Pizza did not arrive; delivery guy didn't have it in the car. Called and they offered a refund of the pizza amount but said they could not send a replacement pie. Tried to order replacement online but got the message that the pizza was not available. Called back, explained, waited on hold . . . was told they'd send a replacement pizza. Waited and waited, no pie. Finally saw that the pizza was sitting on the front step. No doorbell ever rung. Needless to say, the pie was cold by now, and our moods were nowhere near $160 dinner (for 3 people) level of celebration. The food we did receive warm was good. But that doesn't make for a missing dinner and the hurdles to get it. I'll try again, but not delivery (and this was in no way the delivery driver's fault). They're in a new location, and plenty of wrinkles are left to be ironed. read more
