Our mains were excellently prepared, I had the Tilefish, it was exactly as described by our waiter, and the crispy skin was executed perfectly. My wife's lamb chops were cleaned off the bone, not much higher of a compliment to be made there. Really the experience was capped off with class when we approached our agreed upon time to wrap things up prior to the concert. We had taken all of our time with the hot portion of the meal that we had left none for dessert. I started with a cocktail, Champagne Colada, and was seated right away. For food, I ordered the caviar, octopus, Gulf oysters, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, and finished with the cherry gelato. Everything was really good, but those Yukon Gold mashed potatoes were especially memorable! I honestly wish I could have taken them with me, but I had to get back to the airport and knew they wouldn't make it through security. Service was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxed and upscale, and the meal made my Houston layover feel like a mini outing instead of several hours spent sitting at the airport.
