I absolutely loved this experience. I have not ate here in a few years. Greeted by a few staff as soon as we walked in. Requested a booth and the host said with pleasure which made me super happy. Server came to take our drink orders, which he brought to our table under 5 minutes. He took our appetizer order of Cheesy Fries, Fried Mushrooms and Fried Pickle Chips (I forgot to take pic of Cheesy Mushrooms). They arrived within 10 minutes, if that. At that moment placed Wings order which arrived half way through our appetizers. Super fast at our food being delivered. Order had no mistakes and server was really polite and not stressed at all. I hate big chicken wings. This is the place for me! They are smaller wing and they maintain their crispness when fried hard. My go to sauce is xtra hot. Service is always pleasant whether inside or picking up from the window. They accommodate groups large and small. It gets a lot of traffic but they maintain the flow well. No long waits. read more

If I based my experience on my meal ordered, this would've been a three star review. I don't think I ordered the right thing. I'm not a wings person, but my dad wanted to go here for his Father's Day. He loves this place! He and my stepmother go all the time! It's housed in the old Black Eyed restaurant with plenty of seating. The service was excellent, I can't say it was friendly, but it was excellent. Everything arrived on time, everything arrived fresh, and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the chicken tenders basket with fries. The chicken tenders were extremely over breaded and lots of fried with small amount of chicken. Again, I don't think I ordered the right thing. Are the way to go. This is my favorite wing spot. They will flavor the wings however you want and cook them the way you want- just ask! My fave is lemon pepper-extra hot mixed together with extra wet on the side. The Bleu cheese is better than any I have ever tried. It's so thick, you can turn it upside down like they do the blizzards at Dairy Queen. The curly fries are always perfect. The male waiter got the five dollar tip for doing his job well. The worst wings that I have ever tasted and smallest-- not fresh, felt sitting for a bit. Maybe over cooked? Always a fan favorite, we never have gotten anything that wasn't good here. Got thick cut onion rings, which don't do well steaming in the bag in the way home, but they were easily revived in the oven. Crisped right up and were delicious. We got 25 wings in three flavors (Original hot, Gold Fever, and Gold Blue) all of which were good. Also got all the wings as WET, which means comes with extra sauce. Really like the wings here. I judge wing restaurants very hard because they are my favorite thing to eat and I've had them while traveling all over the country. They should be fried hard and naked to a crisp that allows the sauce to adhere to the wing but not make it soggy or point. They achevied this and the wings were great. When your favorite restaurant let's you down!! After visiting this location for about 20 years, just about once a week today had the worst experience. My horrible experience is all related to one of the managers, Shelly. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, she has to be one of the worst managers have ran into. She walked into the dinning room shouting make and model of my car. My entire table of 12 thought my car has been crashed or broken into. Nope. She informed me that I parked in a to go Parking spot. I'm all for to-go Parking spots and would never take up one on purpose. However this spot has no sign so was unaware. She insisted that move my car immediately. The restaurant was literally empty and had no other cars in the actual to-go Parking spots that did have a sign. I asked if I could move it after finish my just delivered wings and she replied, no because after you eat you will leave. We had a large table because being our favorite restaurant decided to have a family reunion here. Shelly literally ruined our lunch over a parking spot that was not even needed. We were left confused, embarrassed, angry. She didn't seem to care at all that she single-handedly disrupted a family reunion. The rest of the staff here is amazing. Literally, they have seen my children grow up and we know each other in a first name bases but my lord Shelly has no business in the customer service industry. read more

I travel literally 6 miles for wings at this place for 25 years. Passing all other wing places. But when I ordered to pick up for the first time to bring home, they told me they can only give me 2 flavors of wings on an order of 15. Even if one of them was mild flavor. Though when I go and sit at the restaurant, I can other 3 flavors with no problem. Very disappointing. I canceled my order and got my wings from Wing Spot instead, which was less than a mile from me.
