I go to Pat's in Cinnaminson quite often. Order for home, for work and catering. I am never disappointed. Their pounder cheese steak is one of the best around. Love love their tipsy sacchetti pasta. Their wraps are always delicious and not skimpy. Their salads, especially the southwestern are really good and plentiful. Their location is always clean and pleasant. When I ate there, my favorite waitress was Ashley. I haven't eaten inside in a while, but she was always pleasant and helpful. I just got a catering chicken finger tray a few weeks back and everyone said they were delicious. Oh they have the best appetizer chicken lettuce wraps. read more

I find it incredibly difficult to rate Pats. Mostly because of its inconsistency. Side note: this location plays the worst music selection. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it is downright disappointing. I'll also say I'm not a fan of the pizza...being local there are so many better options. The positives of Pats are as follows: The food has always been fresh. The sandwiches/wraps/apps seem to be their better options. Evert time we order online and leave a tip on the order, the first thing out of the drivers mouth when you open the door is "TIP" . They get mad when you don't tip them again. Margarita flatbread is my favorite. They have good cheese steaks. Mozzarella sticks . Coconut shrimp . The used to have a chicken rustica on the menu that was delicious but they took it off. I have gone to Pat's on and off for quite a few years. Their Caesar salad with chicken was always one of the best around. Nice tenderloins of chicken that were delicious. So I ordered one for delivery tonight. What I received was no where near what it used to be. They used CANNED chicken that they warmed up! Have a receipt that clearly states that I was entitled to $10.00 off my next purchase but when I tried to use it I was denied. Had to call another Pat's location and speak to a nice employee who explained what happened. She also acknowledged had it been ordered at their location they would have honored the $10.00. There is an employee named Steve at the Cinnaminson location who is extremely rude and needs to have training in customer service on how to treat customers. Steve was so rude that when I called back to get the order number for my receipt I was told that I needed to come in. Luckily I was told by the other location what the order number was. Will never go to this location again as long as Steve is employed with that establishment. read more

Picked up an order for lunch break. Drinks were missing from order and to top it off there was hair in a meal and in the container of onion rings. We called and they offered to deliver new meals and drinks. We were assured it would be there within 15minutes. Delivery finally showed over 50 minutes later so there was no time to eat our lunch. So, I ordered from here for the first time and I was not disappointed at all! I want to start by saying that the first thing I ever had was their Veggie Wrap (I think it's called Lean Green) but it is so good! My job had food catered from them and I knew I wanted to try something else. So, I ordered the Crab and Shrimp Bisque, a Turkey Hoagie which came with a side of Onion Rings. The bisque was excellent! I appreciate the fact that they do not use imitation crab meat and it was so flavorful! Yum~ The hoagie was great and the bread was so good. Soft on the inside and a bit of that baked crunch on the outside. You can tell it was fresh cut turkey breast and not your regular deli meat which was a plus. The onion rings were nice and crispy and you get a decent portion as a side. The delivery was earlier than I anticipated which was great so they get props for that. Ordered for the first time tonight after being recommended by a neighbor. BONUS: Had a $10 coupon from their mailing menu. The habanero mango wings were fabulous! Also, the veggie flatbread was super addictive. My daughter had cheeseburger sliders and french fries, which she loved! Way too many burgers for one child. You can easily split this meal. When I told my colleague I was ordering lunch from here he responded with, "Oh! You better pull out your gold card!" Apparently this place is known for being a bit on the pricey end. They offer delivery service, but this location is right up 130 from our office so we just went to pick up the food. Three of us ordered and I believe the total did come to about $50. When we walked in I remember thinking how cute the inside was - has a modern look, and then the second thing I noticed was the dessert bin! I debated for a while whether I'd walk out with the rice pudding, but opted not to. On the way out I remembered to check in, and I saw the offer for Free Dessert! So sad Lol. I use to love this place. The quality of food is awesome and always fresh. After you become loyal customer for couple years that's when the mishaps start happening. Simple no onions turns into onions and than it get to the point where half or whole order is not what you ordered. This is not nice especially when as a customer it is paid for one product and you get something that you don't even like to eat at all. Too many order screw ups in a row. We've order from Pat's since they opened in Cinnaminson. At first, they were 5 star!!! When I worked (and by worked, I did work all over South Jersey), we would look for a Pat's (that's how much we enjoyed the Cinn. one). Recently, I've fallen out of love with them. I can't count on a great pizza. It's never too bad but when I order from a "pizza" place, I want great pizza. I pick up our food, it is always ready really quickly (that's a plus). The order has always been correct (another good point). BUT, the quality just isn't there like it used to be. The crust is ok, the cheese is ok (sometimes I little over cooked). My husband likes their cheese steaks. He says they are ok (he keeps ordering them so they must be a little better than ok). The steak sandwich is a decent size for the money. For my kids, I prefer to pick up the 7.99 special at Papa Johns (which is in between my house and Pats). Not that it tastes better but it's a way cheaper and passable. We do like Pat's, reviewing the wings (hot), they are good but advertising them as Jumbo (not in my opinion, avg size, one section not a whole wing) is a bit of a stretch and charging $13.83 for 10 of them is surprising and even more for delivery. Obviously Pat's is a chain, so it's unfair to review as a unique sit down place. I've never had a messed up order from this location. my family orders here A LOT. I have finally converted them to ordering online, which gets us loyalty perks. The website is fantastic. Sure, a few items are not where youd expect, but for the most part the online menu matches the physical one. You can customize everything, make requests, order ahead, and leave instructions for where and how to deliver the food. Most of the food is decent for a take out chain. There are a lot of options. I like the broccoli & cheese bites. I'm told the onion rings are Eh. Quesadillas are huge. The lentil soup is thick but pretty good. The chicken orzo is awful: very little orzo, chicken, or veggies aside from onion. I also wouldn't bother with the burgers, but otherwise sandwiches are solid. They even offer a gyro. The only thing is that you can't redeem paper coupons via ordering online. read more

I ordered a chicken caesar salad tonight from Pats in Cinnaminson. When I got home and took my salad out of the bag I could not be more disappointed. For almost thirteen dollars which is expensive for a salad not only was it small , but there was hardly any chicken in it. It was basically a bowl of lettuce. For that price I was expecting a decent side salad with fresh chicken in it. It didn't even come with courtons. It was no different then one of the little pre-made salads you buy from wawa. I have only lived in this neighborhood for couple of years and on my residential 25 mph road 1/4 mile away i have only witnessed three accidents involving Pat's select. i recommend the #6 speedway special which features a large pie, 2 liter bottle of coke and a head trauma kit. Today pat's delivery driver hit a parked car. They re towing the car away right now. Last time they t-boned a truck flipping it on its side.
