Esq was craving buffalo wings on Memorial Day. Several places by us were closed, but Crust N' Fire was open and ready to serve. I ordered from here tonight, after ordering from them multiple times before. Usually, their food is pretty good, but this time it was awful. The food was cold, the pizza was hard, fries were hard and chewy, and the boneless wings were soggy. I never complain about food but this order was absolutely awful. I was extremely dissatisfied so I contacted the app I ordered from, Slice, who contacted the store. They claimed it was my fault because I left it outside for too long. The delivery driver dropped it off and left me a voicemail, so I grabbed it immediately. I asked them to leave it there so my dog would not wake up my child. It sat there for no longer than a minute, and yet the store wants to blame me for their poor quality. It's a real shame because my family enjoyed their food in the past. Good wraps and bowls but their flatbread was really bad. The way they hype it like it's artisan when it is not. It is clearly a pre baked dough like in the grocery aisle that are vacuum sealed. They add the topping and slide it in the oven. I really though this was going to be all about the dough. And the cheese is some weird firm cheese that really ruined the whole thing for me. I'm not one to typically leave reviews & My husband and I really enjoy their food! While their food is excellent, the customer service can benefit from better training. We usually order ahead and the past 2 orders, they have gotten my order wrong. They gave me a tuna salad when I ordered a taco salad. When I asked for the taco salad instead, they insisted I ordered wrong until I showed them my receipt. They remade the order but didn't offer an apology. My next order, I specified no bleu cheese on my shrimp Cobb salad, as I am pregnant. They added bleu cheese. NBD, I understand mistakes happen. I gave back the salad and dressing (the dressing in the description says it's ranch but they provided me with bleu cheese dressing) & told them I can't have bleu cheese. They took the salad back to the kitchen without saying anything to me. My wife and I ordered take out tonight, and I got the chicken sandwich. The "chicken" was clearly a frozen small processed chicken patty. You would think a restaurant like this would at least bread and fry their own chicken. I could have saved myself the money and bought Perdue chicken patties and made myself a sandwich at home. I called them, and they offered a five dollar credit, and told me to bring the wings back in for a new batch.. I did so, told them to keep the credit, just add extra wings. My family came here yesterday for an early dinner and we were so glad we went. The service was really exceptional and the food was fresh and delicious!! I've given this business several tries but they are just a very consistent place. I don't know if it's a change in cooking staff or just an attitude of not caring but third time is anything but the charm. Ordered a burger about 25 minutes ago, picked it up and as I was taking the first bite I thought I smelled fish but it tasted fine. The BBQ sauce tasted fine. The second bite I smelled the same thing and this time I tasted it as well. Someone must not have cleaned up after grilling salmon or used the same cooking surface instead of a separate surface. Tonight i put in a simple delivery order. No substitutions. No exclusions. Just a wrap and fries as-is. I selected the default options for contact-less delivery, left the default selection of getting a text when the food was here, and pre-tipped since I knew I wouldn't be seeing the driver. So to my surprise, my doorbell rings, and when I open the door the driver is standing there waiting with my food. No mask. Nothing. (-1 star) Not only is he ignoring my contact-free delivery request but he starts complaining about the distance and how I shouldn't have ordered from them because it's too far away. Then starts blaming the fact I was even able to order on some new girl who wasn't doing her job correctly. Ummmm.... excuse me? Now, I do not run a restaurant. Nor do I use Grubhub for anything but placing takeout orders a few times a year. But I would like to think that with a system like that, there HAS to be an option to select your delivery radius. If I'm outside the delivery zone I shouldn't be allowed to place my order for delivery. If you're having system issues that's on you to repair with the website, not something to scold your customers on and blame on coworkers for not googling customers addresses first. Went there a week ago and the food was great. Pizza was delicious and it was huge. Service was good, they were friendly and very polite. It wasn't busy so we got our food pretty quickly. I was across the street for a class and needed a place with good food quickly. Crust n Fire did it. I've had lunch from here twice- both were their salads. They are big enough for lunch and had many to choose from. I had the Buffalo chicken, which they happily swapped out breaded chicken for grilled, and the Cobb. I didn't eat at the location so no comment on that. I had to ask for cutlery both times so that's why no 5th star. I'd give 4.5 if possible. read more

You don't have to read full review but don't miss the section that starts with "HERE IS WHERE MY RESTAURANT NIGHTMARE REALLY BEGAN" I haven't been to Voorhees town center in a while but found myself there on Friday 1/11/19 around 12:30PM. I stopped into this place for a burger and was happy to see they had a nice food selection. A friendly girl took my order and she gave me a number to put on my table. I went over to grab a fountain drink and I could only get a few pieces of ice out of the ice maker, ok no big deal. I sat at my table waiting for my Southwest burger (ordered medium) to arrive. A large party of 10 or so was just leaving and there were only 3 to 4 other customers in the place. As I waited I looked around and made the following observations. There was a woman that apparently works there but you wouldn't know it by the way she was dressed. She was in very casual, somewhat unkept clothes (old jeans, sweatshirt, white sneakers no laces). She was middle aged, medium length straight brown hair. I watched her bring out food to a couple customers and interact with some of the workers. She was very casual and in my opinion not dressed for a food serving environment. She then brought out my burger, dropped it on the table and said here you go. I bit into my burger and it was well done, charred on the outside even though I ordered it medium. Fries came with the meal but no ketchup was delivered to the table and there was no counter where they are kept. I did see another person with a bottle they were using on their table. The lady that delivered my food wandered around and never stopped back to see if everything was ok even though I was one of only a few customers in the place. HERE IS WHERE MY RESTAURANT NIGHTMARE REALLY BEGAN. As I'm eating my burger I watched the lady I described above go down a hallway towards the restrooms and she sat in the last booth before the restrooms. She slipped off her right shoe and starts digging into her sock. She then takes off her white sock and turns it inside out and shakes her sock out. She then starts to rub and pick at the bottom of her foot. She then puts her sock back on, slips her shoe back on (no laces) and takes a test step. It appeared she felt something was in her shoe and was making sure it was out and not bother her again. I suppose she thought she was completely out of view from customers but the table I sat on has a perfect view of that hallway. I then waited to see if she would wash her hands. She wandered around the kitchen door and then went into the kitchen. I counted to 4 and she was back out with a brown take out bag which she brought up to the front register. She then went back into the kitchen again for only a few seconds and came out with food for a younger boy/girl that sat under the tv area. I was repulsed she was serving food after taking of her shoe and sock and touching her sweaty foot, very disgusting. Before leaving this review I did a search for this company. If I would have found any way to contact them I would have emailed them directly my concern. People do stupid things and I believe a company should have the ability to try and correct an employee problem before it hits review sites. However, if you their websites you will find other than a general phone number there is no way to contact them. In addition, you can see this page is unclaimed and they have no interaction on this. Perhaps the woman I saw was the Manager/Owner - who knows but this was so ridiculous and she doesn't belong anywhere near people's food. read more

Yet another business occupying this spot after Sophie & Pete's and Burger 21 but after the first visit I won't be surprised if it also falls by the wayside. Even though we live a mile away we never knew this took over for Sophie until we got the menu in yesterdays mail. We initially hoped Voorhees added a new restaurant but this is Voorhees so we don't get anything new just recycled places. When we went to pick our pizza and crab fries up the young lady up front didn't seem at all happy to be there and gave us a very forced greeting so that wasn't the best thing to walk into for a new business. The place looked almost exactly the same outside of orange chairs instead of the red ones from previous place. The half sausage/half cheese pizza was I guess technically half and half but the way it was cut was pretty terrible so the sausage "half" def got the short end. As for the taste....it was fine but certainly not anything I would go out of my way for or even crave as a leftover. The crab fries were without a doubt not worth $5.95 since it was a small helping and both the fries and cheese were warm at best. The burgers at the Mt Laurel location are supposed to be really good (so says facebook) but the chances of me trying them at this point are slim. read more

I've been to Crust n Fire in Voorhees a handful of times now and have also been to the Haddonfield location twice so far - I've tried a number of their burgers, a few of the flatbread pizzas and a salad and everything has been delicious! On two occasions I got something slightly off from what I originally ordered (take-out), however, in both cases the food was still fantastic so no reason to complain.
