I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a meal and discovered…read morevisible mold on the food inside my takeout container. Finding mold in food that had been prepared and served to me was completely unacceptable and immediately raised concerns about the freshness, storage, handling, and overall food-safety practices at this location. When I initially contacted management, I was offered a refund only for the moldy item rather than the entire meal. After finding visible mold in my food, I obviously was not comfortable continuing to eat anything else from the same order. After further communication, management called me directly and confirmed that they would issue a full refund for the entire purchase. I even followed up in writing to document our conversation and the agreed-upon refund. Unfortunately, despite being told I would receive a full refund, I never received it. At this point, my concern is not only that I was served visibly moldy food, but also how the situation was handled afterward. I gave the restaurant an opportunity to resolve the matter directly and relied on management's commitment that the full purchase would be refunded. I sincerely hope management takes this situation seriously and reviews both its food-safety practices and how customer concerns like this are handled. Being served moldy food is unacceptable, and being promised a resolution that was never provided only made an already disappointing experience worse.
