We've been coming here mainly because my wife speaks mandarin as her primary language and it's difficult to find any Dr's that speak the language. But, the main review on the Dr is his overwhelming "patience" with the patient as most doctors can't wait to get you in and out of the exam room as they have so many patients, Dr Liu takes the time to listen, review, and come up with a plan/recommendation for treatment even when the patient (my wife) keeps on talking and wanting more answers. Dr liu, is conservative as opposed to aggressive in his treatment including prescriptions, always giving possible side effects and reasons for recommending which one and why this is the best approach. I've been to plenty of Dr appts in my life where you're not only feeling rushed to get out of the office, you also are not confident in the treatment. Dr Liu also has a good sense of humor and also has good manor with female clients. Because of this, I'm probably making Dr Liu my primary doctor as well. But don't worry, I'm not as long winded as "some" patients might be

Absolutely horrible experience here. I went in to start PreP - a preventative prescription that is…read more100% covered (clinic visits, lab fees, and the prescription itself) by federal mandate. Before, during, and after being seen by the nurse practitioner I tried confirming literally countless times that they knew this visit was preventative, not diagnostic, and that there were specific Z (preventative) codes to use so I wouldn't be incorrectly billed as I have been before. They had literally no idea what I was talking about, but kept trying to dismiss me and talk about how I hadn't met my deductible. I was politely standing my ground against 4 of them to state that what they were telling me was not correct and asked them to please call my insurance on the back of my card to confirm, and they refused for over 30 minutes. Finally, the actual doctor told them there were preventative codes for PreP - exactly as I said. No apology at all and extremely unprofessional. Also, told me they would call me in a couple days when my prescription was ready and they never contacted me. Then, lo and behold, 3 days later I get an EOB saying I owe them for my clinic visit. Totally illegal, and exactly why I bent over backward to make sure they coded everything properly. After my insurance called them to try and inform them what they were doing was incorrect they said they would change it this ONE TIME, but not moving forward. My insurance told them that's literally not how it works, but they didn't care. Diane, the billing buffoon, said she's been doing it for 30 years her way and she knows what she's doing. Clearly not. This place is just a typical ill-informed, old-school style practice that can't get with the times. Who knows how out of date their processes are, they are probably incorrectly billing countless patients. Super, super disappointing and severely out of touch with the medical needs of people today, and they do not advocate for their patients' health and wellbeing. You want your doctor's office to be up to date, educated, and happy to give you care. Please, do not go here.

She is kind, patient, thorough, and really takes the time to listen. You never feel rushed, and she makes sure all of your questions are answered. Her office is professional, efficient, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Dr. Denysiak has a great bedside manner and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. It is not always easy to find a doctor who is both highly competent and compassionate, but she truly is both. I highly recommend Dr. Denysiak to anyone looking for a physician who is attentive, caring, and excellent at what she does.

After struggling to get doctors to take me seriously about a medical issue with family history, Dr. J is the first doctor to truly hear me out and arrange the testing I needed. She has done so on very large issues as well as minor. She is kind, quick, and so knowledgable and helpful. In the very few instances I have questioned her (really just to make sure I understood what she meant), she *immediately* provided recommendations/referrals for me to get a second opinion if I would like- her first goal is ALWAYS to make sure I get the care I need and am able to address my medical concerns how I see fit. Referrals can take awhile to come through, but calls on my end to the insurance always reveal the problem is with the insurance provider lagging. My recommendation is to communicate via MyChart, which she and Dr. Barbara do a wonderful job of corresponding on regarding appointments, online virtual visits, and addressing general questions. Dr. J has been the primary care doctor I've ever had. I would highly reccomend seeing her!

This doctor's office is the worst. They never honor their appointment times. This isn't the first…read moretime they didn't honor the appointment either. Here is an example...Recently my mother in law had a virtual appointment scheduled at 4 PM. We wait until 5 PM, still no call. I called them to follow up on this appointment and was told by the front desk staff that their doctors are still seeing patients and will call us when they're available. When asked why given us the appointment at 4 PM, when you can't honor it, the staff said their doctors told them to schedule every appointment 10 minutes apart. Then she said if I have a problem with it then I need to take it up with their doctors. I told her that this office has been doing this for years, how can they not notice the problem. But she kept telling me to take it up with their doctors instead. My mother in law is stubborn, as with most of the other elderly asian patients, they just want to stick with 1 doctor who can speak Vietnamese, and this place is it. And she had been here for years since she was still healthy and young back then. So hence she doesn't want to switch primary care doctor. It doesn't matter if you made an appointment in person or virtual, they're always at least 1 hour late. I, personally, used to go here as well, but not anymore after so many delays in treatments/appointments. I want to warn the rest of the new patients that unless you have plenty of time to wait every time you need to see the doctor here, don't go here. They only care about money... more appointments/visits means more money from insurance for them. This goes against the practice of a true doctor. And they have no respect for the patients or the patients' families time.

With all the negative…read moreexperiences I've had here, I honestly don't understand how this place is still operating in the healthcare field. I expect healthcare professionals--whether doctors or staff--to have compassion and care, but instead, all I've encountered is rude, unprofessional behavior. Sometimes I wonder why I'm treated this way--do I really seem that naive or stupid? But after reading other reviews, I realized I'm not alone in feeling this way. Let's talk about appointments. Is it normal for a doctor's office to never answer the phone? Even the designated texting number for appointments doesn't work. I've tried texting, but no one ever responds. So, am I supposed to physically go there just to make an appointment? Imagine living far away and having a busy schedule--how is that even feasible? There was a young girl, who I believe is a newbie MA, and she was trying to draw my blood. She seemed really nervous about it, and honestly, I could tell something wasn't right. As I watched her, she actually yelled at me to look away, saying that if I was looking at her, she couldn't focus. I asked to have someone else do it, of course she gave me a rude attitude and walked away grumpily. It was such an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. There're a lots problem for me with this office during the time I were patients here but the last visit was the final straw for me. I went in, polite as can be, to ask about my blood results and to request a copy of my chest X-ray. The receptionist barely acknowledged me and acted so condescending. When I asked about the blood results, she just muttered, "Normal," without even looking at me. It was shocking how rude she was. I've since moved myself and my family to another clinic, and I've been telling everyone I know to do the same if they're experiencing the same frustrations. I've even helped some people switch doctors. This place has been the worst experience for me, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Please, avoid this office if you can and find a better option! Extremely poor customer service, unprofessional and uneducated medical assistants, and rude behavior from both the doctor and staff. I know the office staff probably never reads feedback, which is why they continue to operate this way after so long. But I hope my review helps others who are looking for a family doctor and steer clear of this place :)

Dr. Cheffet was extremely diminishing of parental rights. She was pushy and disrespectful. And eventually threatened me if I wouldn't vaccinate my child in her practice under a vaccine schedule (that is now obsolete). Did you not get your big payout for the percentages of patients you vaccinate??? I might've messed with her percentages so she retaliated by breaking my HIPAA rights and reporting me for " negligence" to CPS. We took my son to her very regularly. He got support for every need. She doesn't respect parental rights. I wouldn't be intimidated by her. We have a medical exemption because my child has a very high allergy Profile, neurodivergent and high risk for adverse reaction.. At one point she said there was no risk in vaccinating so I said I would agree if she would sign to be Financially liable, if there were any adverse effects. of course she refused.... Hack of a "doctor". Deplorable ethics. I hope she gets the karma for all those parents. She intimidated for her big vaccine payouts. She's going out on now. I'm gonna report her to the medical board. Gross.
